Fabulous local co for a great time - Fabulous morn out kayaking! Our guides, Natalie and Laura, did an excellent job of explaining everything, even to people who were nervous or worried about getting into the kayak. They also provided a lot of great area and environmental info, including on the creatures we saw: bald eagles, Sea lions, and whales. I appreciated that they were cognizant of keeping the group together, sometimes waiting for others to catch up, as not everyone had the same level of experience or fitness. Super local, family-run company! Highly recommend!

Exhilerating! - My friends and I enjoyed our kayak tour with Southeast Exposure. After a short bus ride, we got instructions and equipment and were off for about 90 minutes of kayaking. We did see a couple of bald eagles as well as some marine life. Our guides-- Nick and Benji-- were friendly and informative. I highly recommend this outfit!

Nikki is great kayak guide - On 2023/08/29 I did the Eagle Islands Sea Kayak tour in Ketchikan. Nikki was our tour guide and she did a great job. She even let me have a speedy little solo kayak, which I really enjoyed. We all had a great time paddling around the islands. She shared lots of interesting information about the sea life and history of the area. Such a great time! Thanks, Nikki!

Yes! Do it! - Austin and Benji were great! Incredibly knowledgeable and fun! We got to see starfish, tons of mature and baby bald eagles, sea lions, and seals. I can’t believe how close we got to everything. The paddling was easy and the cove’s waves was gentle. Highly recommend!

Whale of a Kayak Tour - We had the best time! Katie was very attentive to us and very knowledgeable. We saw Bald Eagles, sea lions, purple and orange star fish, and sea urchins. But my favorite was seeing a whale! It was magnificent! Highly recommend this tour!

Great kayak trip - The kayak trip with Benji was very pleasant, peaceful, and informative. On the trip around several of the out islands we saw a parent eagle, a juvenile eagle, and their nest, two different sea lions, beautiful flora, and once back on the pier a brief humpback whale sighting. Benji, and the rest of the staff, were very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. All in all a very pleasant kayak trip.

Eagles and exercise! - Took this trip as a shore excursion from the Norwegian Jewel. Easy transfer from port by bus and the driver was full of information about the area. We had a choice of double or triple kayak and were provided appropriate overgarments. The day was drizzly and cool but not too bad. A storage bag was provided for personal items as you can’t take them on the kayak. We had a lovely trip out to the island where we saw several eagles. We went around the island and the return trip was a bit more strenuous as several boats caused wakes. My husband and I were behind the group really enjoying the scenery and ended up getting attached to the guide’s kayak by a rope! He didn’t want us left behind. So don’t enjoy the scenery so much that you are treated like a kid! 😂
