A+ Tour! Great experience - 10+ tour!! My wife and I booked this tour after reading positive reviews, never visiting Alaska before. It exceeded our expectations. Teague our tour guide and owner was amazing !! Cannot say enough good things: he was very knowledgeable and he was extremely easy to talk to. The avalanche chute was such a great site. I strongly suggest this hike.

Tongass Hike in Ketchikan - Our hiking experience was amazing to say the least. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and passionate about the Tongass Forest. He was super funny, easy going and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this hike!!! 10/10

Wonderful experience with Teague - Wonderful hiking experience with Teague. On the day we went it was pouring rain however checked to make sure I was still up for a hike. ( I was). He made sure I was safe throughout including hiking at my pace. It was a wonderful experience and fantastic views! Thanks again

Wonderful experience- highly recommend. - I am so grateful that we found this excursion and booked it! It was the best of our entire vacation. We could have probably found a hike and gone on our own- but would have missed out on the knowledge that Teague was able to share. He just made it so easy, he picked us up, took us to the trail, had hiking poles, tea and water. He was able to evaluate how each hiker was doing and adjusted as needed. He brought everyone into the conversation and provided such great knowledge of the area. If we come back to the area- Teague will be the first person we call!

Fantastic hike with Teague - Teague is the best!!! Got to enjoy the temperate rainforests of Ketchikan as we hiked up to an Avalanche Chute. Teague was personal, funny, a wealth of knowledge on the local flora and fauna, and made our hike a great experience. Highly recommend!!!

Give Yourself The Ultimate Ketchikan Experience with Tongass Teague - Our Tongass Teague tour put the cherry on top of our already amazing trip to Ketchikan. My college-aged daughter and I were in awe of the natural beauty you can only experience with your feet on the trail. Our tour guide made me completely comfortable with as much, or as little as I could handle physically on our hike. While Teague is filled with knowledge of the area, he knew how to let us just take in the awesome majesty of the trail. We all took lots of pictures, laughed, and just had fun! I can recommend this tour wholeheartedly!

Great hike with a great guide! - Absolutely perfect day in Ketchikan, AK. Our guide was upbeat, very knowledgeable, and did a wonderful job engaging with every member of our small group, including my 12 year old daughter. Guiding is all about being able to quickly bond with everyone in your group, and our guide was perfect! The hike itself is a lovely, only somewhat moderately challenging trek for 2.5 miles (each way), through some of the most beautiful old-grown sitka spruce temperate rainforest you'll find anywhere. The avalanche chute is impressive and the lake is stunning. If you're looking for a half-day tour for a short cruise port while in Ketchikan, and you love nature more than shopping, this is the tour for you. Stunning.

Enchanting hike through amazing Alaskan beauty - We had such a great hike with Teague! He was professional, friendly and so knowledgeable about the surroundings we explored. We especially enjoyed having a little impromptu meditation session at the base of the avalanche chute, impossible to pass up soaking up all of the natural beauty surrounding us! Would recommend taking this trek!
