Lunch will be served upon arrival at the camp. In the afternoon, after checking in, depart for a game viewing drive in the Mara Reserve. Return to the camp for a delicious buffet dinner, ending with a restful night at Lenchada Tourist Camp.
Rift Valley Province - You will make a scheduled stop at the viewpoint on the side of the escarpment to enjoy a bird’s eye view of the Rift Valley floor. The Rift Valley system was formed 5 million years ago and extends from the Red Sea through Ethiopia, Kenya, and Tanzania. The Rift Valley is an active volcanic area with fascinating features, including more than 8 lakes, dormant and active volcanic mountains, hot springs, and geysers like the Olkaria geothermal wells and Lake Bogoria geysers. From this high vantage point, you can see the volcanic Mt. Suswa and Mt. Longonot with their evergreen craters and the undulating green Rift Valley floor. The view from here is simply amazing. Be sure to take as many photos as you can.
