Great Turkish bath experience - Great Turkish bath experience. The pick up was on time and the guy in the centre explained and staff was helpful. I opted for an extra medical massage and it was good too.

Good service - Good service for small money. But they need improvement in some areas.examples they use for bath and scrubbing same brash for everyone they need to use new ones for each person because health care and safety. Nice people and great service.

Great value tour and incredible Hammam - The gang at Angels Palace Spa are amazing. METE is the tour organiser. I would recommend speaking to ANTIOS at the spa who treats everyone there like family. The prices are reasonable and you get a brilliant service. Once you go you will want to go again.

Relaxing Day in a Palace with Angels - We went to Angel spa on the 2nd of December 2023 Transfers are in a Mercedes van which was very comfortable. I am still currently on holiday but felt compelled to do our review early as the service was amazing. All the staff were extremely accommodating and very nice. 11 out of 10 for customer service and we understand it is a business but we felt that we received amazing value for the amount of time we spent in the venue and what we received. The steam room was receiving maintenance works, but we was well compensated for its replacement. Doctorfish was one of our highlights, we loved it. Cannot express enough how amazing our time was. Artimos I want to personally thank you for your service. I deleted and re-uploaded this review to be able to mention you by name. When we return to Kemer, we will definitely come back to you. Mete thank you for your hard work and organisation skills !

Turkish bath in Kemer - We booked through Acelya at Excursion mania, great app, easy to deal with great price, we were picked up at our hotel and taken to the Turkish Bath (Angels) in Kemer, lovely and clean, explained what was included, yes you can add extras such as hot stone, foot massage etc, but you don’t have to buy to have a great experience, obviously they try snd sell you more, so if interested take euros or a credit card. Good couple of hours, and felt relaxed and super clean after treatments

Would recommend - Great communication with Mete on WhatsApp about hotel transfer and timings, the car arrived early and only took 15 minutes from Paloma Foresta hotel. We arrived at Angels Palace Hotel in Kemer and were greeted by Artimos, who was very welcoming and went through the package. There is a lot included for the little price that we paid. Be prepared for a Turkish bath which is very invasive but relaxing. We paid extra for lympathic massage which was beneficial and the masseuse was friendly and professional. Would highly recommend for traditional Turkish experience.

Hard sellers, very unpleasant way to do business - My daughter and I was this on trip advisor. We thought it was a good deal but what we didn’t know was it was a way to get you to the business then they start up selling. I agreed to some other treatments as did my daughter. When the man started the hammam he threw tepid water over my head without warning. I don’t swim or like water thrown over me so I gasped. He kept talking to his colleague on the other side of the room in Turkish. When I had finished my first part before the massage I left the main room and went upstairs. I had my massage then when it was done the manager walks into the room. I am covered but topless underneath and he proceeds to have a discussion over me with the masseuse . He now decjdes that I should have a deep tissue massage now and the total cost would be €125 . I started at €8. I refused so he dropped the price a little but I felt vulnerable and intimidated. My daughter had the same incident but in addition to that, when I left the sin room downstairs the man doing her hammam told her she was beautiful then proceeded to attempt to put his hand inappropriately high in her inner thighs. She averted tge assault by closing her legs fast! I spoke to the manager about it and said he was sorry and gave us a bar of soap each. The massage I had was very good but overall experience left a very nast taste in outer moths and permanent stained swimming costume too.
