Than she told that phoned to driver and he will come in 10-15 min. After 10 min she told that he's on his way to us, but will be a bit later because of traffic. Than she told the same("a few minutes more!") a 3 or 4 times more, and after that - "she lost contact with the driver, so it's probably not worth waiting anymore". Two hours waiting on the street for driver that never thought to arrive! The day lost, quite a bit of money lost, resentment and bad mood for the rest of the day. Don't mess with these "guides".
