Additional Information
- Seating goes according to weight and balance. Weight maximum is 250 pounds per person. Passengers are weighed at our facility and passengers weighing over the weight limit are required to purchase an additional seat or will forfeit their flight.
- Helicopter seats 6 passengers and 1 pilot. All tours are shared with other passengers. All 6 seats must be purchased for a private tour. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative time or date.
- Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date.
- Passengers must arrive 1 hour prior to scheduled flight time with Identification. It is strongly advised to arrive prior to check in time to avoid being charged late fee LATE FEE PRICES* Passengers failing to arrive 45 minutes prior to scheduled flight time will be charged $50.00 per person late fee. Passengers arriving 30 minutes or less prior to scheduled flight time will be charged $100.00 per person late fee.
- New York Helicopter has the right to cancel, change or delay any flight any time for any reason, which includes weather conditions, Temporary Flight Restrictions implemented by the FAA, minimum number of passengers not met for tour, helicopter maintenance and all other circumstances outside of our control.

Upon arrival to 78 John Miller way,Kearny NJ 07032, please call our shuttle bus (phone # provided on ticket) for pick up to heliport.Meet shuttle bus in front of the Dry Dock Bistro (located at address).The shuttle bus is light blue with a red and white helicopter, the logo says New York Helicopter.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Fantastic experience - Excellent tour and staff. Marcus is extremely welcoming and the staff was willing to help me out because I had forgotten my id. The pilot is knowledgeable and circles around so you can see everything. I highly recommend this.

Bucket List Goal - DONE!!! - The Helicopter Tour was magnificent!. I got a courtesy call of bad weather so our date & Time was switched to a better weather day. Their professionalism was excellent. The pilot was funny and... - The pilot was funny and made the experience really unforgettable. I offered this tour for my husband 50th birthday. For sure he will remember it for ever!

Once in a lifetime! - Great experience, once in a lifetime. Great view, wonderful. The only problem was the smell of burnt fuel. I recommend a mask.

NYC helicopter tour - This is a great way to explore the city and avoiding the congestion of NYC streets. The pilot was great on commentary and pointed out landmarks.

Expensive and heliport fees to be paid on top - Impressive views of NYC and Manhattan but not really worth the price. Remote place to get to the heliport. Airport fees to be paid on top on site. At the end a very expensive experience…

Look for another company, thieves. - Terrible company, would definitely recommend people to keep searching for another company!
We had to wait 30 minutes longer, and they made us pay $580(!) extra because we were a few minutes late.

Hide extras fees read the disclosure carefully - I hate when there are hide fees, there are other companies looks they charge more but everything is included on my case for 31 lbs I have to pay other seat because my overweight they have a policy but like always when you already paid and hide in the disclosure, they ask me about my weight I type it and they didn’t flag me or warning about it, also the airport fees per person $45 we was 3 persons $135 plus so what ever was $600 I ended with $1000 I have a bad taste with this company, please check all the disclosures in all the tours and read it carefully.

Didn't see much, not like advertised - It was a nice trip and we took good photo's. However, we only went on the Hudson River and the Liberty statue while we expected to see more (as advertised). For this reason I will rate it bad, because we made a choice to book a more expensive trip and didn't see much more than the cheaper trip.
