Very enlightening, enjoyable and educational. - Really nice place. Provides a great historical guide through time from the frontier migration west to the modern-day American road trip. Very enlightening, enjoyable and educational. The self guided tour with the headset is something I don't see alot of, great idea.

An Absolute Must-See! - After traveling under this gem often, we finally stopped & we're so glad we did! Positives: Thorough & interesting historical information; excellent gift shop & tour & staff. Clean, indoor facilities. Ample parking for all vehicles, including RVs. The grounds have sites to see & trails to walk. Picture ops. The self-guided tour is well-worth partaking in!!! It encompassed settling the west with exceptional visuals & sound-effects. We were amazed at its thoroughness. A must-see, must-experience for people of all ages. It was also a wonderful testament to the fortitude of those who paved the way for all of us.

Archway Monument - If you're into early American history this is a MUST see! Interactive displays put you in the lives of the people from past times. If you have a couple hours to spare well worth the stop and a good value for your money.

Cheesy but fun and informative - This was surprisingly fun! It's a little expensive at $15, but the experience is immersive and you can spend plenty of time listening to the audio explanation of the different rooms. Covers westward expansion to the Lincoln Highway with plenty of exhibits and displays. Buy some fish food from the gift shop and head across the bridge to the interpretive trail to stretch your legs.

Closed during business hours - I bought tickets online the day of, drove up shortly after and they were closed. I arrived at 3 pm and their business hours are until 5 pm. I checked all their social medias and website to see if it said anything about being closed prior to buying tickets and nothing was stated they were closing early. If they are going to close, tickets should not be sold that day. I have made three attempts at contact for a refund and haven’t heard back.
