Explore the canals of Copenhagen Harbor, including Frederiksholms, Slotsholmens, and the charming Christianshavns canal, known for its historic buildings and houseboats. This rental is self-guided and at your own risk. No certificate or prior experience is necessary to rent a kayak.

Feel free to paddle through the smaller canals of Copenhagen, except for “Nyhavn” canal.

NOTE: Be cautious of traffic in the larger canal when crossing. Tourist canal boats and harbor buses can create waves, so ensure you are comfortable in the water, as there is always a risk of capsizing while kayaking.

A helpful guideline is that smaller boats should stay closer to the quay. SUPs, kayaks, rowboats, and rental boats should remain near the shore, keeping the quay edge on the right side.
