Great experience - We had a great experience with Silk Travel. Our guide Michael was very polite and well spoken. He made us have a great experience and all the amenities provided by Silk were great right from the car travel to our local meal at Saty village.

Average experience - We booked one day tour through banana tour company to charyn, moon, and black canyon and kolsai lake. Charyn canyon has a treck of 1 hour. After that we had lunch in saty village. Then we went to kolsai lake. Lake was frozen. It was beautiful though. Only issue i had was the tour company banana tour. The bus was shared between other tour company named joinemee tour. The bus was filthy, dirty and smelly. It was winter so they continuously kept heater on which literally suffocating. Because of no air circulation no air conditioning i was sweating and suffocating. Moreover the bus was so smelly, it was difficult for me to breathe in the entire journey. Tour starts at early morning 6am. So most people have woke up early and probably couldn't flush out the digestive systems, hence in that heated suffocating bus, whenever someone farted it was miserable. Other issue was their tie-ups with the sanitary stops. All the stops where dirty with no proper clean WC especially for ladies. First stop was just in 20 minutes at a petrol pump. Second stop was after charyn canyon towards saty. This stop was very bad, where no proper food or WC. Next was the Saty village. I don't know why they had a tie-up with worst ever place in saty village. There the washroom was in utter bad condition, i can bet one will just puke 🤮 out. It was the worst ever washroom i have ever seen in my entire life. I can understand it was a village, but indian villages have better arrangements. Here it was just a hole dug on the ground and p**p everywhere and I dont want to recall the condition or even explain the situation inside it. People where literally vomiting just by seeing the condition of washroom. The food was very bad. The tour company has some sort of partnership with the place. It was worst experience of my life. Though the tour guides of both companies where good people. But i felt the tour guide from joinmee was very helpful and kind. She made sure everyone is in good health al the times. Apart from this tour company, everything was good.
