Waimea Canyon and Fern Grotto should not be missed! - Miss K, our guide, gave a lot of history of Kau’i. Waimea Canyon and the river boat ride to the Fern Grotto were beautiful! The tour was a bit longer than we typically like, it was a long day. Since we were staying in Princeville, we had to drive a ways to our pick-up/drop-off point, made the day even longer.

Amazing - The views were amazing. Our driver Kaleo was wonderful! So informative and funny. He was very entertaining and kept the trip fun. He knew lots of interesting facts, since he is a native of Kauai.

River and canyon tour. - Wonderful tour with Kaleo as our driver and guide. Great sites including waterfalls, canyon, riverboat ride to visit a historic fern grotto, coffee plantation, ocean blow hole spout and other sites along the way including a nice lunch. Great tour.

A great tour - This tour was wonderful. Got to see and experience so much of the island. The canyon was spectacular and the voyage up the river relaxing. The tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. The coach was comfortable. Each stop was timed perfectly.

Tour guide was spectacular - Only complaint I have was getting rained on a few times, but not a lot can be done about that. Our tour guide, Jana (sp?) was excellent! Would recommend this to anyone!

First class operation - The captain and crew were great! They worked hard. Food was great. Views were awesome. Waters were choppy due to wind, so be prepared. Again, crew was hard working and fantastic.

Grand Canyon of the Pacific - Trip was good except for the traffic jams we hit. Tour guide had no control over that. Rosario was knowledgeable and fun. We really enjoyed our tour of the canyon.

The sights were... - The sights were wonderful, the riverboat was great and so were the views of Waimea Canyon. We have been a few tours before, and typically the tour guide has water…no water offered on a 9 hour tour. He played Hawaiian music in the bus about 80% of the time, not a whole lot of history of the island…his was really nice, but a lot of money for an average trip.

Great sites - Tour of the River and grotto along with the Canyon were spectacular. Lunch was only fair. Our tour guide tried very hard to be congenial and informative but her nervous energy had here conversations wandering oftentimes too personal.
