Wailua River State Park - Paddle the majestic Wailua River for 2 miles each way (4 miles total round trip), original home of the first Hawaiians, who paddled 1500 miles from the Marquesas Islands to Kaua
i almost 1500 years ago. Hear the legends and learn about the flora and fauna of Kauais most sacred area. - Secret Falls (Uluwehi Falls) - After hiking 1 1/2 miles through the rain forest our guides will take clients to Secret Falls also known as Uluwehi Falls. This beautiful waterfall cascades 110 feet into a refreshing swimming hole, where they can go for a dip and enjoy a terrific lunch! You will then hike 1 1/2 miles back to your kayak (3 miles of hiking round trip). TRAIL CONDITIONS CAN VARY DEPENDING ON WEATHER. THERE WILL BE 4 RIVER CROSSINGS WITH LOOSE ROCKS IN RIVER BED THAT YOU WILL NEED TO CROSS AND UNPAVED TRAIL ON YOUR TREK TO THE WATERFALL. AND KEEP IN MIND YOU WILL CROSS THEM ON THE TREK BACK AS WELL. FOOTWEAR IS COMPLETELY SUBMERGED IN WATER DURING YOUR ADVENTURE.

Amazing day with our tour guy Shey. - Amazing experience with our Tour guide Shey.
We felt safe the whole time and had so much fun with him.
He has a lot of experience and provided us with interesting information about the river, trails, plants, and history of the area.
We had lunch at the secret falls and Shey made a cool flower arrangement for us.
The secret falls are spectacular!
Definitely coming back again.
Thanks for an amazing day Shey, you are the best.

Nice with kidds - We had a good time with our family (age 8 and 12). It was absolutly no problem for them to manage the kayaking and the hike. Our guide Shay did a great job, we had a lot of fun.

Perfect - This was a perfect way to spend an afternoon. Kayaks in great condition. Trip left on time. Shea was our fabulous guide. As a native of Kauai he was able to give us some of the local lore and a different my frame of reference. The kayak portion and the hiking portion were about equal in duration. The pace was easy to handle. The waterfall was Absolutely gorgeous. This was a highlight for us!

Rainbow Kayak Trip and Hike to Secret Falls - Highly recommend Thomas. He was very knowledgeable about the plants and flora and went above and beyond to make sure we all had the best time.

Loving Nature - This was a great day. Tomas, our guide was funny, knowledgeable on all different plant life and shared about island life. Kayaking was a scenic ride down the river. It rained a little bit but felt great with the temperature. The hike was fun, and was worth seeing the Falls at the end.

Amazing! A must do while in Kauai! - This was the highlight of our Kauai trip!! Our guide Thomas was the nicest guy, and so much fun to talk to. We loved the whole experience. He stopped and showed us cool different plants and fruits on the hike and was just such a huge part in making this such a fun experience! Swimming in the falls was incredible. This is easy enough for kids. Super easy hike.

Great activity!! - Our tour guide Reed was outstanding. He was friendly, kind, patient and very helpful and informative. The paddling on the river was a good workout, plus the hike. Very robust for those who haven’t paddled much - but very doable. And the experience on the river, the trail and at the waterfall was really nice - unique and special and we are so glad we signed up!

Worth your time while on Kauai! - The Rainbow Kayak and Hike tour was a great experience! My guide, Reid, was very friendly and shared lots of history along the way. Swimming in the waterfall pool was refreshing after the hike. Highly recommended!

Just be prepared the kayaking is taft I would do it again even though it was really hard for me
