Wonderful - What a great time. Keoni was informative about the fish we saw and even found us a turtle. 🐢. I was a novice and he made sure I was comfortable and even towed me, all the while checking on the other members of our party. I’m so glad I was able to experience snorkeling. Keoni was a Star.

Best way to see turtles on Anini Beach - The best way to see turtles on Anini Beach. We saw close to 12 turtles and a ray, during the tour. The guide knew where to go to see the turtles.

Great 1st time snorkeling experience - We had a fantastic snorkeling experience with Shane! He was incredibly attentive and gave clear, helpful instructions—perfect for us as novice snorkelers. He pointed out various fish and made sure we felt safe and confident in the water. Being able to snorkel right off the shore and explore the reefs without needing a boat was amazing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxed, guided snorkeling adventure!

Perfect for families. Memories that will last a lifetime - Shout our guide to Shane who made our experience unforgettable! Our family is a mix of strong swimmer who grew up by oceans and some not so strong teenage swimmers and this experience was wonderful for all of us. We felt safe and cared for the entire time. A floating apparatus is in the water with a group the entire time which you can hold onto or swim with 20 yards away from it. Either way, you’re going to see it all. We saw remarkable fish and SEA TURTLES. (If I could cry underwater, I would have it was so amazing.) Shane pointed out sea life and gave us information throughout the snorkel while keeping an eye out for our entire group. Worth the price. TIP: Buy a disposable underwear camera before you go. 😁

10 Stars! - Highly recommend - worth every penny!! We were with our kids (8 and 10). Our guide was amazing! Kind, knowledgeable, relaxed. The gear was in great shape and very clean. We had the best time and saw at least 10 turtles, an octopus, boxfish, and more. Thank you so much!

Great tour for beginners or new to area - This is a great tour if you, like me, are new to snorkeling or simply new to the area. Reefs on Kauai can be a bit tricky and it’s a good idea to get someone experienced with the areas. Had a great guide, who was very knowledgeable about the reef and helped me to be comfortable in the water, even though we had some pretty strong waves. We did had to reschedule my original tour in Anini to the south side at Lawai beach, due to some scheduling and staffing conflicts. Service team was great and we rescheduled easy over text in a few minutes. South side was great as well. Saw 2 green turtles and was able to swim alongside one. Super experience. Many other colorful reef fish which were great to observe. My guide found a sea cucumber and pulled it up on the surfboard. Interesting creatures these are. Great to have someone who can show all this. Recommend this tour on either side of the island.

Disappointing... - Our family initially booked the south shore boat snorkeling tour, anticipating a memorable first experience. Unfortunately, the tour was canceled the day before due to weather conditions. An alternative shore snorkeling tour on the north shore was offered, which was a 1.5-hour drive from the south shore hotel. The tour guide was pleasant and provided snacks, but the experience itself was disappointing and didn't meet expectations for a snorkeling tour. Unlike a boat tour that drops you directly into prime reef areas, this shore-based tour (NO BOAT) involved spending more than half the time swimming to and from the beach. During approximately 50 minutes of snorkeling, very limited marine life was observed, including a small school of fish, a handful of small fish, and a couple of turtles. Given the lengthy drive and the underwhelming snorkeling experience, you could have a better and more cost-effective experience by independently renting snorkeling gear and exploring on you own or by visiting nearby spots like Queen's Bath, which has more opportunities to spot marine life than on this tour.
