Our beginner’s course offers an opportunity to revel in the thrill of rock climbing, with plenty of hands-on climbing time peppered with essential instruction to guide you.

Subsequently, you can come back to finish the second day of our Rock 1 Course, which will elevate you to a comprehensive Beginner’s Rockclimbing standard! The climbing difficulty will span from simple to demanding, presenting numerous chances for you to experiment with diverse climbing techniques, from vertical faces to fissures. For those new to it, there will be a session on abseiling.

We provide all necessary technical gear and employ highly skilled instructors to make sure your adventure is secure, enjoyable, and thrilling.

Embark on an all-day adventure of Rock Climbing in the magnificent Blue Mountains, beginning and concluding at our headquarters in Katoomba.

This program is ideal for beginners who have yet to try climbing or those wanting to transition from indoor to outdoor climbing.

The course covers:
• Ensuring safety while on the rocks
• Operations of climbing gear
• Instruction on various types of footholds & handgrips
• Proper methods of belaying
• A wide range of other climbing techniques

Moreover, we will have a delightful picnic amidst the stunning wilderness, with a scrumptious lunch provided - Please make sure to let us know if you have any specific dietary needs when you make your booking!

Amazing rock climbing experience in the Blue Mountains - I took part in the small group rock climbing course. I wanted to learn the basics of top roping and all the safety checks and rules. It was an amazing day and the instructors were fantastic. Our group had people who had done some climbing and some who had never climbed before. The instructors were so encouraging and motivated all of us, getting the best climbs out of us. I have already recommended the company to friends, highly recommend it! Also they provided a really tasty lunch for us. And the views were incredible!

Amazing day and great guide! - We had an amazing day! Our guide Scott was super knowledgeable and very friendly! He knew the area well and he took us on great climbs. We felt safe at all times and we had amazing time! We will be back for more for sure!

Awesome experience. - Was a great experience for us all. My boys brought their partners and all of us were challenged at some point in the day or for some all of the day. Awesome views. Awesome experiences. We also did the canyoning part and abseiling a waterfall. Well WOW.

Once in a life time experience with professional guide! - Sammy guided me up the Sweet Dreams Mulitpitch with in a very professional and knowledgeable manner. Even though I had experience he was more than happy to explain everything in detail when I requested so. He made me feel safe and capable. After the 4th pitch we took a quick lunch break (amazing sandwiches!) before we continued with the last , and hardest pitch. I love how individually tailored the tour was. If you can climb a level 14 and are in the blue mountains - I absolutely recommend the ASM!

☆Absolutely Splendid☆ - What a day, my father and I did a Multi-Pitch at Sweet dreams as well as some other climbs and abseils with Scott as our guide, what a legend! Best day out climbing I've probably ever had!

A must do! - My friend and I did a one day rock climbing course and it was one of the best things I've ever done. We went with Scott and Justine, and they were both fantastic. Everything was well organized and everyone super friendly and encouraging. A fantastic day, I definitely want to do it again. Thank you to Scott and Justine for being great guides- I could really see the passion and excitement that the team has and it translated into an amazing day where everyone was keen and having fun.

So fun and Learnt a lot! - I booked in for a 3 day outdoor rockclimbing course and had an amazing time. Great guides which helped with safety, technique and making sure everyone is having a great time. Always had gear and clothing to provide depending on the weather. Fantastic lunches, catering to different diets. My last day I had a one on one multi pitch climb with Scott being my guide, learnt so much and had the best climbing day. I will definitely be back for more!

Highly Recommend - Ive been keen to climb for a while. I have experience from when I was younger but with kids it’s all been on hold; but I’ve tried to stay in shape. It was opportune staying in Blackheath and popped in to ASM and was climbing the next day. Organized, professional, expert guide. Thanks Scott had a great day. You really recognized quickly where I was at, pushed me, but also achievable. Great encourager and felt really safe the whole day. Fully recommend.
