Action packed adventure - Great tour that packed so much into our limited time. Rafting was great way to break the journey from Kathmandu to Chitwan - our 12 year old son loved it. Chitwan was amazing - accommodation was clean and tidy with great food and the safaris were well organized. We were very fortunate to see plenty of wildlife including rhinos, crocodiles and monkeys. Finally, we ended our trip with a trek to Poon Hill with the resulting sore legs to prove it. Our great young guide Krishna took good care of us.

Fun rafting experience - Had a great day whitewater rafting, though the bus ride was a little bumpy. The instrors were fun and knew their stuff. The view from the river was beautiful and the water was a little faster than usual when we went so the rapid sections were especially exhilarating. Would recommend

Fun day rafting - Had a good time white water rafting. The lunch afterwards was also delicious. The Staff was also friendly and helpful, and made the day enjoyable. The only issue is that I booked online and when I asked them where I could be picked up, they didn’t answer online. I had to phone the tourism operator to figure out how I would arrive and get back to Kathmandu. They did help arrange it, but if I didn’t have a local Nepali friend, it would have been very hard to figure out which bus stop to go to, which bus to get on, and when to get off.

Hanging with the rafters in Nepal - Rafting on the Trisuli River on June 3 was a great day out and very well priced, for myself and a Spanish guy. Pickup in Thamel was difficult since the hotel didn't seem to exist and after searching around, then phone calls with a helpful hotel operator, the organiser and I walked to a bus station, got a brief motorbike ride, onto a public bus and then onto what turned out to be the public bus to Pokhara. That's a rough 3.5 hour ride or scenic adventure if you like, with a snack/drink/meal stop each way. I was let off for the enjoyable raft ride, under 2 hours, with grade 3 rapids, and a nice Nepalese lunch to finish. The guides gave a good safety and paddling talk, were enthusiastic and helpful, and I had a cool swim in the river at the end. I don't know if it came from the trip but I did need some antifungal cream for spots on the chest the next week. Overall a worthwhile trip.

15 min walk to bus, long ride, fun rafting, no cliff jumping, no games, but still a blast. - I had a great time rafting and with the people I met on the bus. An Israeli, Italian, Chinese, and american made the trip feel more like a journey. Long bus ride (3,4,5 hours) through the mountains with a lot of sharp breaking and beeping which was exciting. Rafting was tough but beautiful, and worth it.

Really nice and funny guides 😊 - Easy transportation by tourist bus with comfortable spacious seats. Funny instructors! Delicious nepali food included! The raft is for really really beginners or kids. The level is to low. And the flood was almost at its highest level and speed, so I don't recommend it for someone who want a rush. I loved the company but not the raft. It's my second time. The first time in Spain was more advanced.

Not worth the bus ride - Booked the rafting excursion as it looked like something fun to do out side of the city. When the description said 3 hours on a bus, I thought I can do that. It is definitely not 3hours on a bus. All in all I spent around 10 hours round trip on a bus for just 2 hours of rafting. I spent more time on a bus than actually rafting. Don’t get me wrong the rafting was fun once I got there, but the bus rides is what really killed the day.

Rafting - The trip was advertised as 3hr bus ride each way from Kathmandu and 4 hours rafting. The reality is 11hrs on a dangerous severely over crowded local bus with no aircon and 1hr rafting we were picked up at 6am and returned at 10.30pm 14 1/2 hours for 1 hr in the water only lunch is provided so you will be starving by the end of the day.The rafting company were fine they looked after us well we had a fun time but the standing around waiting in the heat becomes hard to bare after the first hour.if you are travelling from Kathmandu to Pokhara then do the rafting but if you are based in either city don’t as the travelling time is very long hot and crowded as well as dangerous
