6:30 AM: Pickup from tourist bus station in Nayabazaar, Kathmandu.
7:30 AM: Drive to the Trishuli River rafting launch site.
8:30 AM: Safety briefing and gear check.
9:00 AM: Launch the raft and begin rafting down the Trishuli River.
12:00 PM: Lunch break at a riverside restaurant.
1:00 PM: Continue rafting down the Trishuli River.
4:00 PM: Arrive at the rafting take-out site and transfer back to Kathmandu.
5:30 PM: Return to tourist bus station in Nayabazaar, Kathmandu.
