Excellent experience with Green Valley Nepal - We have just completed the 4D/3N Chitwan Safari tour and the 3D/2N Poon Hill Trek with Green Valley. Both were superbly well organised and a fabulous experience. At Chitwan we stayed at Safari Adventure Lodge, a great location near the elephant conservation centre and village and jungle walks. The accommodation was very comfortable, beautiful gardens, great choice of food and nice pool. Krishna did an excellent job of organising all the activities and was also a very knowledgeable guide. I’d recommend the 3 nights v the 2 nights if you have time as this gives an extra jeep safari to see the abundance of wildlife in the area and a birdwatching walk. The Poon Hill trek from Pokhara was just incredible. Hari our guide was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He and his assistant Gobinder were very patient with us on the sections where we were slow or needed to rest. Accomodation and food were adequate and to be expected at these elevations. The views of the Annapurna ranges both at Poon Hill and Tadapani were simply stunning making all the exertion well worth it. The process of booking the tours was easy and the communication from Arjun at Green Valley was first class. I would highly recommend Green Valley Nepal.

Amazing Poon Hill trek with Tulsi - I went to Tulsi from Green Valley for the 3-day Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek and had an incredible time. Everything was perfectly organized (the online booking was seamless) and Tulsi was an incredible guide - he made sure I was comfortable and was very patient and accommodating when I hurt my knees on the second day and had to hike much more slowly. All the stops on the tour were well selected and perfectly timed and the lodges were comfortable with good food - my photos of the trip are some of the best in all of my travels! In addition to being very knowledgeable about the trail and the scenery, Tulsi was also a great resource on local culture and ecology. Highly recommended

Green light for Green Valley! - From start to finish Green Valley have been nothing short of exceptional. Raj and Arjun in the office were attentive, kind and well prepared for our questions. We did the Poon Hill trek with our guide Krishna and porter Roshan. Both men were great to be around. Krishna made us feel safe and reassured, we did not have to do any admin work in terms of permits as this was all sorted for us. Krishna was always laughing and enthusiastic. We could not have asked for a better guide for this experience. Roshan was very professional and looked after our things with great care. He always had a smile on his face and I believe he will make a great guide in the future, which he told us was his ambition! The accommodation either side of the trek was of good quality and we did not have to think about our tourist buses as Raj sorted everything for us. At the end of our trek we were due to have a hotel stay in Kathmandu, we wanted to have extra time in Pokhara and Green Valley happily changed this for us. We enjoyed their service so much that we opted to book our trip to Chitwan National Park with them. They gave us an incredible deal and the whole experience was excellent. The hotel, Safari Adventure Lodge, was lovely and we got breakfast, lunch, and dinner included. We had two jeep safari’s, two jungle walks, one canoe safari, one bird watching safari, a visit to the crocodile breeding centre, a Tharu village walk and a cultural show included with our experience. It was brilliant. I would not hesitate to recommend Green Valley to anyone I know going to Nepal.

Green Valley - exceptional! - What a fantastic time we had in Nepal thanks to Green Valley! Raj and Arjun who work in the office have been so helpful. They reply so quickly and are happy to help in anyway they can. We did the Poon Hill trek with them first. Our guide Krishna was lovely, and really looked after us. Our porter Roshan was also a lovely young man. I would highly recommend this trek, especially if you can have Krishna as your guide! Green valley then arranged for us to do 3 nights and four days in Chitwan National park, this was a package that included accommodation, safaris and all our food. Everything was exceptional!! Every step of the way was made easy, our trek and our package for Chitwan included buses to and from the cities (Kathmandu and Pokhara). Would highly recommend Green Valley - a local Nepalese company who offer excellent services.

4 day trek - Just finished a 4 day trek with this company & it was fab. Loved the scenery, the tea houses, the professionalism, the friendliness and camaraderie. Special mention to my guide Saroz and porter Sudip. These two lovely guys really made sure that everything was smooth and were great company for the trip. I thoroughly recommend them both. Ghorepani, Poonhill Trek - The Ghorepani Poon Hill trek is often called the “mini Annapurna trek”. It’s an excellent choice for beginners, families, or anyone wanting breathtaking Himalayan views without committing weeks. If you’re after solitude or high-altitude adventure, you may prefer longer treks (like Annapurna Base Camp or Manaslu) in 3210m altitude.

Unforgettable trek! - We had an unforgettable trek :). Our guide Tulsi was brillant and looked after us the whole time. He met with us the day before the trek to explain everything and really was fantastic for the whole 3 days. He was patient and went at our pace, letting us rest whenever we needed a break. Tulsi is a very knowledgeable guide who told us all about the mountains and the area. He also taught us about Nepalese culture which was fascinating.I got an insect sting and he was very caring and applied some first aid in a very professional manner. We felt so safe with him the entire trek and felt lucky to have him as our guide. The trek itself is fantastic, beautiful scenery and the sunrise view from Poon hill is a memory we will cherish forever. The booking process was very smooth and ee very impressed with everything. Thankyou Tulsi and Namaste. :)

Poon hill. Brilliant. Great three day hike. - The three day trek was amazing. The sights were out of this world. Great views of the mountains at poon hill. The main star was Krishna. He has been doing it for 13 years and it clearly shows. Very knowledgable and could not do enough to help. Was very patient with me as well. A credit to the company. Nothing was too much trouble. The views and hiking is very weather dependent, I was very lucky to have a great experience. The whole company could not have done enough and would highly recommend them for your time in Nepal. Price was good for what they did for me.

Sensational experience, amazing views - Amazing trip. We had so much fun. It was tough but a sensational experience. It was eye opening and at the same time incredible. We took our 9 and 5 yr old on this trek. It was great for them to see how people live in the mountains and the things they have to do day to day. The kids found it tough obviously, but had an amazing time. The views were amazing. Our guide, Saroj, was great. He did an awesome job and was extremely helpful and hospitable. Especially having 2 young kids, Saroj was a great help. I would strongly and highly recommend Saroj. Tips for the trip, take wet wipes. The walk to the top of Poon Hill is cold. You definitely need the layers. Take protein bars and I'd also recommend getting the "lifestraw" water bottles to make sure you are drinking clean water.

Unforgettable Experience on the Poon Hill Trek! - I recently completed the 3-day Poon Hill trek solo, and it was an incredible experience! The journey began with a drive from Pokhara airport to Ulleri, followed by a beautiful trek to Ghorepani. On the second day, I woke up early to watch the sunrise at Poon Hill—truly a breathtaking sight! The trek to Tadapani afterward was filled with stunning landscapes and vibrant rhododendron forests. My guide and porter were fantastic; they were knowledgeable, friendly, and provided insights about the mountains along the way. The accommodations exceeded my expectations, offering comfort and warmth after a day of hiking. A special thank you to Arjun, who was very responsive and helpful in organizing my itinerary and coordinating flights. I highly recommend this trek for anyone looking for adventure and natural beauty!
