Once in a life-time experience - We had a really great experience with Green Valley—they truly know the area and give you a genuine, local adventure. The guides were incredibly knowledgeable and always made sure we felt safe and looked after. When Jess and I got sick, the team acted fast and efficiently, making sure we got the care we needed and even arranged a helicopter back to Kathmandu in just a few hours. Communication from the main office could have been better, especially with details about airport procedures and what to expect with timings. Weather is always a factor, but it would have been helpful if more info was shared upfront, for example once they knew some people in our group were delayed. Once we were on the mountain, the guides were fantastic. Lila, who guided us part of the way, was really polite and pointed out lots of interesting wildlife and viewpoint spots we’d have otherwise missed. Gopal took us from Namche to the top—he’s super experienced and has some amazing stories! Our porters Mahendra and Dhane were great too, especially during acclimatization days and anytime someone needed extra help. The accommodation and food were both way better than we expected, with lots more options than we thought we'd find. Pro tip: make sure to pack for hot, sunny weather while hiking. All in all, Green Valley provided a memorable trip with excellent local guides, great support, and lots of little touches that made a big difference.

Great experience - recommend - I had a great experience doing the EBC trek with Green Valley Nepal Treks. Arjun and Raj, the owners, were very responsive before and during by trip for any questions or logistical coordination that I needed. For the trek itself, our guide Gopal was highly professional and experienced. Gopal demonstrated attentive service, checked in on how myself and the other trekker felt adjusting to the altitude, and paced us through each daily trekking at just the right speed — adjusting based on his read of our abilities and energy levels. I highly recommend this tour company for trekking in Nepal.

A Once-in-a-Lifetime Moment, Perfectly Organized - January 1st, 2026. We stood at Everest Base Camp. KPI achieved. Milestone burned into memory. Green Valley delivered end-to-end execution with zero friction. Planning was tight, logistics flawless, timing precise. The acclimatization strategy was not theory on paper but real risk management in action: no altitude issues, no surprises, no downtime. Just steady progress. Mr. Raj, the agency owner, operates with rare professionalism. Serious, reliable, present. Not sales talk—real accountability. Always available, always one step ahead. You feel covered, not sold to. Our guide, Mr. Lakpa, was a key asset: competent, attentive, genuinely caring, with the human touch that matters when margins get thin at altitude. Calm leadership, constant awareness, positive energy. And Mr Balaram, our porter a rare example of human kindness and reliability. Bottom line: Green Valley is a solid operator. Serious, trustworthy, flexible, and competent. If Nepal is your objective, this is a partner you can rely on—no noise, just results.

👉 A Life-Changing 15-Day EBC Trek via Gokyo Cho La Pass! - It has been so difficult to put into words the admiration and genuine care that Green Valley provided throughout our 15-Day EBC Trek via Gokyo Cho La Pass! From start to finish, the experience felt less like a tour and more like being looked after by family. The level of care, kindness, and genuine happiness shown by the entire team was something I will never forget. Arjun Pandey’s organisation and support both before and during the trip were exceptional. When one of our friends became extremely unwell, Arjun was immediately there for us, on the phone coordinating with the helicopter service and liaising directly with our insurance company back in Australia. Even in what was a very stressful and traumatic moment for our group, we felt completely supported and taken care of every step of the way. Our guide, Gopal Tamang, is clearly a legend of the mountains and for very good reason. He checked in on every single person constantly, made sure we were safe and supported, and somehow always knew exactly when we needed a joke, a smile, or a few words of encouragement. Watching him shake hands with people along the trail on both the way up and down, spreading warmth and positivity to everyone he met, was incredibly special and inspiring. The porters deserve just as much praise. Always smiling, always kind, and endlessly hardworking, no matter the conditions. I am sorry I cannot remember the correct spelling of everyone’s names, but it truly was the entire Green Valley team, working side by side with other teams on the mountain, that made this experience so special and makes us confidently recommend this tour group. Best in the biz. This team does not just guide you to Everest Base Camp, they genuinely care about you as people. People often say, “I climbed to Everest Base Camp,” but the truth is, it is the Sherpas, guides, and porters who do the climbing. They are the ones who carry us, guide us, and make it possible, and I could not be more grateful.

EBC - What an amazing experience! It was cold, challenging and every bit worth it. My guide was Amabar and porter Kanchar who were amazing throughout my trek. They went above and beyond and made me feel safe and were so helpful. They felt like family by the end of it. As a solo traveller you meet so many other travellers on the way too. Arjun was great with communication and made the whole process extremely easy. When my flight to Lukla was delayed due to weather he so swiftly organised a helicopter! Would love to come back and try another trek and would definitely come back with Green Valley. Thanks for such a memorable trip!

Amazing Experience With EBC + Ama Dablam base camp with Green Valley and Parshu - I had an amazing and unforgettable experience with Green Valley on my Everest Base Camp trek. I went as a solo trekker. Initially, the plan was to do the Three Passes trek, but I didn’t feel well before the first pass due to altitude. My guide, Parshu, immediately re-planned the itinerary to make sure I could still have a great experience. Instead of the Three Passes, we did EBC + Ama Dablam Base Camp, and it was absolutely amazing. Parshu was always very attentive, polite, and friendly. He helped me a lot throughout the trek and always made me feel safe and confident. He also showed great knowledge of the region, explaining many interesting details about the mountains, rivers, glaciers, and more. Bonus: he gave me apples after every dinner, and we shared snacks along the way 🤌 As for Green Valley, they were extremely helpful and responsive. Raj and Arjun arranged everything, so I had no stress or extra work before the trip. Everything went smoothly, and I had a fantastic time. I strongly recommend trekking in Nepal, especially with Green Valley and Parshu!

Best travel experience of my life - I believe regarding trekking the most important thing would be the company of people. I went there solo and was blessed with a sherpa guide name Ramesh. My itinerary was 3 passes Everest Base Camp. So was going to be alone for about 17 days. Ramesh was a big blessing and i dont think i can imagine doing the trip with a different guide. Treated me like his son and was so extra careful and making sure im always safe. He doesnt just make sure im safe, he cleans up the trail during our treks he uses the ice axe to make the trail easier for not only us but others going pass in the future. Ramesh made the trek the best solo trip ive ever done. Looking at other guides and their clients im really blessed that Ramesh was my guide he made me feel insanely safe, happy, joyful and thankful. Leaving the Himalayas and seejng my Sherpa Ramesh for the last time was the most emotional moment ive had in years, without a good guide no everest base camp trip will be memorable. I promised my beloved Sherpa Ramesh ill be back and YES ill 1000% will be back. 3 High Passes Everest Base Camp a SUCCESS⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "Easy Lahhh"

The Everest Base Camp trek - an unforgettable experience - The Everest Base Camp trek with Green Valley Nepal Trekking was an unforgettable experience and extremely well managed, especially when it came to altitude safety. I trekked without a porter and carried all my gear myself, which added an extra challenge. Ambar Bamjan consistently checked how I was feeling and adjusted the pace when necessary, and that support was invaluable. That way i was able to walk my own pace and i never felt rushed or under pressure, which made the trek really exciting. I enjoyed every minute of the trek and after coming home, realizing what i have just done, it became even better. What really stood out on EBC was the structured health monitoring: from Namche Bazaar onwards, my oxygen saturation and pulse were measured regularly all the way up to Gorak Shep. This was done calmly and professionally, without creating stress, but it gave a lot of confidence at higher altitude. Altitude didn’t cause any major issues for me, apart from the expected slower pace higher up, and the way acclimatization was handled definitely contributed to that. Ambar is experienced, was attentive, and always aware of how I was doing, which made the trek feel challenging but never unsafe. We shared some great moments together. Logistics, daily planning, and flexibility were all excellent, and everything ran smoothly throughout the trek. I would highly recommend Green Valley Nepal Trekking to anyone planning EBC, especially if you value safety, experience, and a well-paced approach.

Had an absolute blast on our Everest Base Camp Trek! Can't recommend Green Valley Nepal Treks enough!! - My fiancé and I completed the Everest Base Camp Trek in November/December 2025 and had the best experience with Green Valley Treks! Our guide Nishan was fantastic, super kind and accommodating, helpful in every aspect and would regularly tell us interesting information about the mountains surrounding us, wildlife and the towns we passed along the way. We were able to go at our own pace for the entire length of the trek, which was vital because we were carrying our own packs as we chose not to use a porter, which turned out to be quite heavy and so having the freedom to make scheduling adjustments or get to accommodations slightly later in the afternoon was such a blessing. Nishan would book our accommodation in advance so we were never left wondering whether we would have a room for the night, despite arriving quite late some afternoons. Crowd levels were low when we went as it was towards the end of peak season, so this also helped and meant that throughout the trek we were regularly given quite nice accommodation despite only paying for the base level package. Many teahouses also had charging or wifi for free, so we never had to pay for device charging or internet for the entire length of the trek, saving us even more money, thanks to the forward planning of our guide. Even before the trek began we were off to a fantastic start with a free upgrade to a helicopter due to some spare seats that Arjun at Green Valley Nepal Treks managed to snap up for us, which was a highlight, and we hadn't even started trekking yet! All in all, it was an absolutely seamless experience, so much so that we booked a Lower Mustang Jeep Tour with the same company the day after getting back from EBC. Would highly recommend booking with these guys, best value for money out of any tour company in Nepal (and I've used a fair few on other trips to Nepal). Wish I found these guys sooner!

Great experience with Green Valley - We've had a great time on the trip organised by Green Valley this december. I went with my sister and the company managed to organise a private tour for us. Raj was really responsive throughout the booking process. We were very lucky to be paired with Anil and Prashant. Initially we were planning to do Gokyo trekking but we've had some difficulties and Anil has done everything to make sure we're happy with our itinerary to EBC and back. Overall, I would definitely recommend the Green Valley service and the EBC in the future. Its an incredible trip and they will make sure it is a memorable one.
