Nagarjuna Hill, also referred to as Vindya Mountain, is a renowned pilgrimage site for both Hindus and Buddhists. This day hike takes participants through Shivapuri National Park, culminating in a visit to the revered Nagarjuna Buddha.
At the summit of Nagarjuna, visitors will discover a small statue of Nagarjuna Buddha at the picturesque Jamacho Monastery. On the eastern side of the stupa, there are two rows of Buddhist deities. The first row features Mahankala in a meditative pose and Vasundhara, while the second row includes White Tara, Padmapani Green Tara, and Vajrapani.
