Built by Buddhist monks from the Japanese Nipponzan Myohoji order, this monument showcases four significant stages of Buddha’s life in four directions: his birthplace in Lumbini, his enlightenment in Bodhgaya, his teachings in Sarnath, and his attainment of nirvana in Kushinagar.

Situated atop a hill with a view of the southern shore of Phewa Lake, the pagoda is designed to inspire peace and harmony. In addition to its own beauty, the shrine offers breathtaking views of the Annapurna range and Pokhara. Guests will then be transported back to their hotel in a private vehicle.
