The Kathmandu not every tourist sees - As the tour description promises, Sunil took me into the narrow streets and alleys of old Kathmandu. Most tourists don't venture there as they would get lost in no time. It is busy, colourful, crowded with pedestrians and scooters. Just locals going about their daily lives. Sunil is very knowledgeable and very happy to share this aspect of his city with a visitor.

Great walking tour with knowledgeable guide - Had a great walking tour with Sunil. Learned a heap about the culture and society in Nepal. It was the quiet season so I was the only one on the tour but Sunil ran it anyway. A great way to get oriented in Kathmandu. Highly recommended.

A wealth of knowledge - We had a professional and educated local guide that was able to make sense of all of the sights, sounds and smells around us. Kathmandu can be an overwhelming city and this really helped pare it down for us. I also appreciated his insights about things like education and government and it was a fantastic learning experience. It was the right amount of time and good value.
