Interesting, informative, flexible and friendly - Having just arrived in Kathmandu and missed a lot of sleep, anticipation was quite low. But the tour was very enjoyable, Sajina was knowledgeable, and entertaining. Patan Palace was awesome and the perfect place for lunch. Honestly temples all start to look the same after seeing a few so we elected to see the farms and rice terraces rather than spending too long at temple number 4. Luxury Tours were amazing with excellent communication and friendly tour guides.

Great experience with Mr. Sumit! - Pros I really enjoy my time with my guide Mr. Sumit. He speaks very good English and is a friendly tour guide. I was so impressed by his knowledge about Nepal, hinduism, Butheism and his cultural background. I would commend him highly. Cons 1. The non air-contioned bus Trip.com specifically mentioned that the bus was a fully-air conditioned private bus; however, it didn't feel like the AC was on most of the time. I was more tired than usual. 2. No specific information about the entrance fee for each temple -First of all, I do understand that the enterance fee might be different for non-residents. However, there is one temple entrance fee local for 250NPR and the sign stated that non-locals only have to pay around 1,000NPR. That really took me by suprise. I sort of felt like I was being taken advantage of as a tourist. -Second, on the webside it didn't mention any specific entry fee for any of the temples we visited. I got the information on the departure day via what's app. It said to bring 6,000NPR in cash. I paid nearly the exact same amount to book my tour, and then this on top of that. While I don't mind paying in cash, it feels unreasonable to end up paying double for my trip. It's a bit upsetting to be honest.

An Astounding Day! - An Amazing day as each site was pulsating with celebration ceremonies for holiday. It was electric! I was so lucky to have this incredible guide Sajina, who kept us well informed, on track and moving forward amongst throngs of worshipers. She was also a great videographer to record my interactions with different elements of this event. 7 sites is ambitious and a 11 hour on the move day, so many might want to do it over 2 days instead. If possible go over a holiday celebration, which is very frequent !! Nepal loves their worship celebrations. Each site had its different flavor and I could have spent an extra hour having a drink at Buddha Stupor. A very unique area.

A Spectacular UNESCO Day! - It was an amazing day that was very ambitious to see the 7 UNESCO sites, and oh so worth it! They were each delightful. Our incredible guide Sajina navigated us through overflowing crowds celebrating Gai Jatra. The atmosphere was filled with a pulsating, vibrant energy that was spectacular. The many processions of families honoring their ancestors, musicians playing, people chanting and doing a “stick” dancing was fabulous. And operating around along with the amazing architecture of the temples palaces sacred devotional structures most phenomenal. Each of the seven sides had their own unique qualities. With a history that shared the depths of Nepal's rich and colorful culture. My great thanks to our guide to Sajina and Mukti, our driver always made sure we were well cared for amongst the massive demonstrations of celebration.
