Quality service 100 % recommended - Bibas has been a great help to us. He was very attentive to us throughout the trip and helped us even with the loss of a suitcase on our flight from Spain. The truth is that it is a luck and tranquillity to have such help especially when you are away from home. Thank you for everything Bibas. If we go back there, we will not hesitate to trust you again.

100% recommended - Bibas was a great support on our trip through Nepal. We did the EBC trek on our own, booking the flight to/from Lukla with Sunshine, and Bibas was always attentive to our location and the problems that arose (totally unrelated to Sunshine). I 100% recommend this agency for any activity you want to do during your trip to Nepal, and without a doubt when I return to Nepal I will return to their office. Thanks for everything! 🙏🏻🙏🏻

BEST IN THAMEL KATHMANDU - By the time we booked the trip , Mr Bibas was always in touch with us . The early morning pick up by private car was on time and the company always helped us in all procedures. They also arranged the best airline company of Nepal .

Wow...so worth the money!!! - The agent that we booked through was incredible. He used a discount for us so the cost was less than if we had bought online or ticket desk. He gave us very helpful tips on where to sit in the plane (very front or very back) out of view of the wings. The transfer fee was very reasonable, he picked us up at hotel and inside at the arrival gate when our flight was over. His recommendations were spot on. He was very friendly as well. He informed us that he can book safari tours to Bardhia as well. We would have used him for that had we not already booked thru someone else. We were more than pleased with our experience!!! Btw...the views of the mountains were incredible! He offered full refund if the flight had been canceled for weather. Hes located next door to the Hotel Kathmandu Guest House.
