Kathmandu - Upon arrival in Kathmandu, a representative will warmly welcome you and escort you to your hotel. Meet your trek leader and team for a comprehensive briefing. Spend the day checking your gear, shopping for essentials, or exploring Thamel. It is advisable to arrive in the morning or daytime to rest before your early flight to Lukla the next day.
Fly to Lukla/Ramechhap (2,840m/9,316ft) & Trek to Phakding (2,610m/8,561ft) - 35 mins flight, 3 to 4 hours (8 km) trek
Phakding - Start with an exhilarating flight to Lukla, meet your crew, and commence the trek. Walk through Chauri Kharka village, follow the Dudh Koshi River, and arrive at Phakding, a Sherpa village in the valley. Along the way, catch a glimpse of Khumbila, a sacred unclimbed peak. In the evening, explore the village or unwind with a hot beverage.

Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m/11,284ft) - 6 to 7 hours (10.5 km) trek
Namche Bazaar - Cross the Dudh Koshi River on suspension bridges, including the renowned Hillary Bridge. Enter Sagarmatha National Park and pause for lunch at Jorsale. Continue with a steep ascent to Namche Bazaar, the Sherpa capital, and enjoy your first view of Mount Everest from Tope Danda.

First Acclimatization Day at Namche Bazaar (3,440m/11,284ft) - 3 to 4 hours trek
Namche Bazaar - Spend the day acclimatizing in Namche, the Sherpa capital and trading hub. Explore bakeries, shops, and the Saturday Market. Take a sunrise hike to Sagarmatha National Park for views of Everest, Ama Dablam, and Lhotse. Visit the Sherpa Culture Museum, hike to Everest View Hotel, or explore Khumjung and Kunde villages to see Hillary’s school, monastery, and hospital.

Trek from Namche to Tengboche (3,860m/12,661ft) - 5 to 6 hours (10 km) trek
Tengboche Gompa - Hike through rhododendron and juniper forests with views of Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, and Ama Dablam. Arrive at Tengboche, home to the region’s largest monastery, and enjoy close-up views of Ama Dablam. Visit the monastery to experience Buddhist chants and witness stunning sunrise and sunset over the peaks.

Trek from Tengboche to Dingboche (4,410m/14,465ft) - 5 to 6 hours (11 km) trek
Dingboche - Cross the Imja Khola and pass through Pangboche, the highest permanent Sherpa settlement. Continue to Dingboche with views of Island Peak and Ama Dablam.

Second Acclimatization Day at Dingboche (4,410m/14,465ft) - 4 to 5 hours (4.5 km) trek
Dingboche - Hike to Nagarjun Hill (5,100 m) for panoramic views of Makalu, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, and Island Peak, plus a close-up of the Imja Glacier. Spend the afternoon at leisure to rest or explore Dingboche.

Trek from Dingboche to Lobuche (4,910m/16,105ft) - 5 to 6 hours (8 km) trek
Trek from Lobuche to Gorak Shep (5,140m/16,860ft) & Visit Everest Base Camp (5,364m/17,594ft) - 7 to 8 hours (12 km) trek
Everest Base Camp - Trek from Lobuche to Gorak Shep, then hike alongside the Khumbu Glacier to reach the legendary Everest Base Camp. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Khumbu Icefall and surrounding peaks before returning to Gorak Shep for the night.
Hike to Kala Patthar (5550m/18,204ft) and Descend to Pheriche (4,240m/13,908ft) - 6 to 7 hours (12 km) trek
Kala Patthar - After breakfast, hike to Kala Patthar, the highest point of the trek, for stunning 360-degree views of Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, and Pumori. Witness the sunrise illuminating Everest’s peak. Return to Gorak Shep and descend to Pheriche for overnight.
Trek from Pheriche to Namche (3,440m/11,284ft) - 7 to 8 hours (19 km) trek
Namche Bazaar - Descend from Pheriche through scenic trails, passing Tengboche along the way. After a short climb in the afternoon, arrive at Namche Bazaar. Reflect on your journey, enjoy the village atmosphere, and rest for the night. Overnight in Namche.
Trek from Namche to Lukla (2,840m/9,316ft) - 6 to 7 hours (18.5 km) trek
Lukla - After breakfast, descend from Namche through local villages, crossing the Hillary Suspension Bridge along the way. Reach Lukla in the afternoon and celebrate completing your Everest adventure. Enjoy your final night in the mountains. Overnight in Lukla.
Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu / Ramechhap (1,400m/4,592ft) - 35 minutes flight
Kathmandu - Take a scenic flight from Lukla to Kathmandu and transfer to your hotel. Rest or explore nearby shops for handicrafts, trinkets, and souvenirs. Visit Ason Market for spices, tea, and decorative items. In the evening, enjoy a farewell dinner to celebrate the completion of your Everest adventure. Overnight in Kathmandu.
Note: During the spring and autumn seasons, most flights operate from Ramechhap Airport, as Tribhuvan International Airport cannot handle the high volume of domestic flights during peak season.
Final Departure
Kathmandu - This is your final day in Nepal. A representative will transfer you to the airport three hours before your scheduled flight for departure.
