Amazing, once-in-a-lifetime experience. - This was an amazing, once-in-a-lifetime experience. Buddhi was incredibly helpful and responsive; met us the first night at the hotel and gave us an extensive briefing on what to expect and when. Paras was our guide and was incredibly friendly, knowledgable and passionate about getting the most from the experience. We were very lucky with the weather and were able to land with a great view of Everest. The breakfast at Hotel Everest was amazing. As a nice bonus we were able to walk around Lukla afterward. I would plan on having several days (we had 4) available due to the weather.

Everest helicopter - What an amazing experience coordinated by Buddhi. The communication from start to finish was excellent, from an on time pick up in the morning through to a fantastic tour on a modern helicopter. The views throughout were exceptional. 10/10 experience. Thoroughly recommended.

The 'Burj Al Arab' of Tour Companies - I have never experienced a more professionally curated tour such as this. I contacted Himalaya Holiday Service in November of 2021 to see if they could accommodate my vision to propose to my partner on Mount Everest. The most complicated part of my request was to see if this company could work closely with my videographer in Germany who would be filming us on Mount Everest and throughout our time in Nepal. I was contacted within the same business day by Buddhi who was able to call me and discuss my vision. After nearly an hour of talking and planning I felt confident in moving forward and booking with Himalaya Holiday Service. This was the best decision I made for my engagement and our overall experience in Nepal. Buddhi was the most accommodating and professional tour guide I have ever hired. He worked closely planning with my videographer and myself as we planned each film site to be featured in the film over a ten day period. He not only managed our flight experience, but our every move in Nepal from transportation, flight bookings, hotel bookings, check-ins and each curated tour and experience for us over the ten days in Nepal. As organized as I am, this wouldn't have been possible without Buddhi. Each time I wasn't able to get in touch with an event coordinator of a hotel or restaurant we were filming at he took it upon himself to get in touch with them directly. Thanks to Buddhi I had responses within the same business day after waiting on my own for nearly two weeks without a response from these various establishments. He truly made our experience completely stress free to the point where I was able to actually enjoy my engagement. I'll never forget when we first checked into our hotel, he asked for Arturo and I to relax and have lunch on our terrace. He then offered to take our videographer to his home to have lunch with him and his family in order to give us privacy. I was speechless at this kindness of opening his home to a complete stranger he had only spoken to through messages and emails. If only everyone in this world was so genuinely kind. My partner and I secretly wanted to join as he sounded so incredibly inviting! Throughout our time in Nepal he was alway available. If we messaged him for anything he was always available and responded immediately. The biggest help of all was when Qatar Airlines would not let us board our flight due to not having proper entry documents for Qatar (Ehteraz). We attempted to get this done at the airport, but with the limited time we missed our flight. Buddhi came to our rescue within 20 minutes of messaging him what had happened. He came to pick us up with his driver and took us directly to the Qatar Airlines office in downtown Kathmandu. He managed to help us to get to the front of the line which could have easily taken us two hours to wait in. There we worked on getting our proper documentation and new flight booking. I can't imagine navigating this without the help of Buddhi. He truly saved us from what could have been a bigger, and more costly disaster. What was truly impressive about all of this, he was able to manage helping us while he was managing a private flight at Everest. He called one of his friends to come be with us while he assisted the other family so we wouldn't be left alone or stranded. He left us the car and driver as well to take us to a long awaited Mexican restaurant he had recommended. Arturo's family owns a Mexican restaurant and he wanted to try the only Mexican restaurant Kathmandu offered after Buddhi made the recommendation. It was honestly the best Mexican food I've ever had. We enjoyed lunch while we waited for our flight. Buddhi met us there after dropping his tour off to their hotel and was able to take us once again to the airport for our departure. Buddhi will forever be part of our lives. He started as a phenomenal tour guide, but will now be considered part of our family after providing us an experience we will remember for the rest of our lives.

BUCKET LIST in style! - We just returned from Nepal where we had one of the most awesome life experiences with Buddhi at Himalaya Holiday. The weather had been off for over a week but was looking hopeful. We contacted him on the recommendation of a friend/guide in Kathmandu. His response was immediate. His price was very good for the private charter but there was so much more… Buddhi sent us information via What’s App, but he also came to our hotel in Kathmandu to meet us in person and go over the program with us. He explained the normal and the “what-ifs”. He even gave us a timeline of how long each leg of our flight would be and how long we would/could stay at each stopping point. What FANTASTIC customer service! In truth- we checked with many companies offering this same tour and not one suggested talking or meeting in person! Others just wanted a deposit and would send someone to pick us up. He was so nice. His English is outstanding so we understood everything. He picked us up the next morning in a nice vehicle and took us to the airport and guided us through the process. We then went to the hangar for Shree Airlines. The helicopter was nice and clean. We met our pilot- Captain Priya Adhikari. Please look her up- she’s famous in Nepal! Off we went on our private adventure for two. Buddhi, of course, was there as our guide and kept us informed of all the landmarks we were seeing and where we were going. It was aLl so informative and interesting. We landed at Lukla, as planned then flew over base camp up to Kala Patthar. We then went to the Everest View for a while then back to Lukla and Kathmandu. If seeing the Himalayas is something you want to do, please consider this tour. You will not be disappointed by the care and service you receive from Buddhi. Im a glad we connected with him- one of the best travel experiences we’ve had (and we have traveled the world!)

Mt. Everest helicopter tour - Our experience with Himalaya Holidays was top notch. Our guide, Buddhi, was so easy to deal with and so accommodating. He made sure everything was perfect for us during our helicopter flight to Mt. Everest. He is so knowledgeable and showed us lots of interesting things on our trip. Our pilot was wonderful and so professional. I would highly recommend Himalaya Holidays for the Mt. Everest helicopter tour.

Fantastic trip to Everest base camp in March, 2022 - It was an excellent trip with Buddhu Bnatta and his company. I highly recommend this guy - he provided 7*24 support during preparation of our visit, offered best price and did much more than he has promised. Photos are fantastic, helicopter was beautiful. So strongly recommend. Очень рекомендую эту компанию - ребята большие молодцы, сделали все, что обещали, и даже больше. Поездка получилась фантастической - незабываемые впечатления от приземления в базовый лагерь Эвереста и фантастических видов.

Helicopter flight to Kalapather (near Everest Base Camp) and Everest View Hotel from Kathmandu - Fabulous trip - around 55 mins to arrive but only 5 mins on Everest (enough at altitude) followed by a great breakfast on the terrace in sunshine at the Hotel Everest View with a perfect view of Everest. Buddhi advised us on what to wear, picked us up from the hotel promptly, escorted us through the madness of the airport and accompanied us on the helicopter. He uses a reliable Airbus helicopter with a very experienced pilot. We felt very safe and enjoyed a wonderful flight. Both Buddhi and the pilot had great knowledge of the points of interest en route. A quick stop to refuel at the infamous Lukla airport (easy in a helicopter!) and then back to Kathmandu. Not a cheap excursion but a once in a lifetime experience. We had friends who did the airplane flight with a view of Everest but this is the trip to do if you can!

Excellent and safe experience with spectacular views of Everest - This was an excellent tour in all aspects. The guide was very involved and communicated all information and details from the point of booking. The transfer to Kathmandu airport and checkin for the flight were smooth and handled by the guide. The helicopter company and captain are highly experienced and give a detailed safety briefing before flying in a modern, well maintained aircraft. Being the only passenger we flew directly to the basecamp landing (17,500ft) to view Everest. From there we flew to Everest View hotel for breakfast and then down to Lukla to refuel before heading back to Kathmandu. This was a 4hr experience including one hour at the Everest View Hotel for an amazing breakfast with a spectacular view. Another advantage of this being a private flight was that with limited weight onboard we were able to fly at higher altitude and get a much better view of the Himalaya range. Don’t hesitate to book this activity, you will have a wonderful experience!
