Excellent first time experience! - This is the first time I went for a trek this long and with a guide. The experience was very very good. 1. All the day travel, food and night stay were well planned and organised. 2. We had unexpected bad weather, our chopper got cancelled. But our return journey was made very comfortable nonetheless. Most importantly, our guide Damu and his team - Ram and Santa, were well versed with the whole trek route, they kept the pace we were comfortable with, adapted to unplanned changes and did everything to make this the most memorable trip ever.

Perfect!! - We just completed a memorable trek to the ABC! Damu (Damodar, owner - Mission Summit) guided us perfectly well - right from the planning stage till the end! Their team of experienced porters, proper trip planning to ensure acclimatization, tea house booking and food - each and every aspect was taken care off! During our trek, weather played spoilsport - we had to tweak our original plan - and Damu helped us with the same without a frown! Their knowledge and contacts in the region is worth mentioning about! We wholeheartedly recommend Damu and his agency!

Fantastic Tour of Annapurna Circuit - I went on the Annapurna circuit tour with Damu as a guide. He was knowledgeable, thoughtful, friendly and interesting and really made sure I had a great trip. Really hoping to come back to Nepal for another tour some time!

Wowmazing Experience!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - We expect to experience the spring season when we arrive and do our ABC trek. But it was cold and unexpected snow fall welcomed us on our trek to the Annapurna Base Camp. Even though we didn’t expect this kind of weather, Mission Summit Trek team prepared and ensure that we are safe and enjoy our 9-day trek. We really had a great experience with the help of this team. Definitely we will get Mission Summit Trek when we push our Everest Base Camp trek plan. Namaste!

Best Ever! - For the many reasons it could have gone wrong, my Annapurna Base Camp trek actually turned out to be my best trek ever. All thanks to wonderful Globe Adventure Club buddies and Mission Summit Trek team. I decided to join on the last minute for a supposedly summer hike. Without much time, I wasn’t able to check hike details and conditions. What it actually was a snowy trek and rains in the afternoon for which I was ill-prepared. Good thing, Mission Summit planned it well for us, from the cozy accommodations, scenic routes, well planned schedule and even our logistics. Our itinerary allowed us to enjoy the trails (not too tiring) and we were able to camp before the afternoon rains. We stayed in comfortable tea houses for the night. All thanks to Damu’s connections, we had no problem in securing and even got the comfortable accommodations. Heard that some fellow trekkers were not able to get beds in base camp. Mission Summit even provided sleeping bags for us. As for the trail route, I enjoyed the village hops and the friendly locals. From there, scenic views of farm lands, mossy forest, rivers, waterfalls, and snow capped mountains unfold. The side trek to Poon Hill gave the panoramic view of the Annapurna range before the climactic hike to base camp. Much of the credits is also owed to the porters, who not only carried our bags but they even entertained us. They were with us all throughout the trek, unlike the other group who had problems with their porter abandoning them (they had to redistribute their loads and had to go slower). Every meal, our porters even surprised us with a plate of fruits or biscuits to go with coffee/tea. The experience was one for the books. And we have Mission Summit Treks to thank for.

Amazing ABC trek! ❤️ - Finished our 9-day Poon Hill and ABC trek last April 11 and it was one for the books! ❤️ I highly recommend our guide, Damu from Mission Summit Treks and Expedition. He was very prepared and strategy in terms of itinerary. He pushes us as needed (when we needed to go faster to avoid the rain and the snowfall) but otherwise, allows us to go on our own pace. He makes sure to do compression stops every now and then to keep our group intact. He briefs us every night on what will happen the next day and runs us through the diff terrain that we'll be encountering the next day. He's sensitive if we are enjoying our food or not and makes suggestions and offers additional food even if that means extra charges for him (our package already has food included). For food, we are served cookies and tea for snacks at every end of the day's trek and fruits after dinner, on top of the teahouse food. And he even invited us to dinner at their house in Kathmandu to celebrate the new year! All of us in our group felt very safe, comfortable and well-taken care of during our trek ❤️. And yes, he's easy to be with and is a good conversationalist - has lots of stories about Nepalese culture and traditions and even the govt!
