- Bring Official Papers
- First, be sure you have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from return date. You can obtain visas for Nepal from the Nepalese Consulate in your country or upon arrival in Kathmandu Airport. Nepalese visas cost USD 25 for 15 days and USD 40 for 30 days till date.
- Get the required visa for Nepal.
- If you want to buy some new clothes in Kathmandu
- Our clients must have comprehensive travel insurance package. Their insurance must cover against medical, personal accident, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, lost of gears, natural calamity, theft of or damage to baggage etc.

Awesome trip of Nepal with Above the Himalaya - Above the Himalaya was an awesome tour agency. Their communication was super fast and they worked with me and my wife to created a perfect itinerary for my 2 weeks in Nepal. They answered my questions right away (I had a lot of questions) and we kept changing the plan until it was perfect. Met us right away at airport and we didn't worry about a thing for 2 weeks. We did Katmandu, Pokaharu, ABC trek and Chitwan. We were always put up in great hotels and had great guides. Best thing it was great working with a local company based in Nepal and having always local guides. Also constant contact while in Nepal if we had any questions or changes. I recommend Above the Himalaya with 5 stars!

Great trip for nice places in Nepal - Visited Nepal for sightseeing for 1 week this time. Mr. Puru and his team made me love this country and definitely would like to come back another time. Highly recommend this company for its utmost flexibility and very professional attitude. Amazing Organization - 5 Star - Mr. Puru, the owner organized a tailormade itinerary for us based on our stay length and preferred activities, he was very knowledgeable, professional and very fast in delivering the program, we also had a zoom call to discuss the final details. He was always available including for last minute changes and very flexible with our sometimes difficult requirements. All the guides that he provided were also very professional. I highly recommend Above the Himalayas Trekking company to organize your stay in Nepal.

Absolutely superb, highly recommended - My wife and I just returned from a wonderful and excellent eleven day visit to Kathmandu and Pokhara, in large part thanks to Puru and his team. Nepalese people are admirably friendly, kind and helpful, and Puru is even more friendly, kind and helpful! He took excellent care of us from the moment we landed in Kathmandu until the moment we left. He is supremely knowledgeable, professional and accommodating. He put us up in excellent hotels, checked on us every day, assigned Ashuk as our driver and Ezzi as our tour guide in Kathmandu. Both Ashuk and Ezzi were fantastic in every way. Puru actually came with us as our tour guide to Pokhara with Ashuk. All in all, we could not have asked or hoped for anything better. Hopefully next year we will go back, this time for the mountains, of course with Puru again. Puru is now one of our dear and special friends. Thank you Puru! Thank you Ashuk and Ezzi! You made our trip memorable, enjoyable, educational and overall wonderful. We look forward to seeing you again.

"Trip to Remember" and obsessed with guest satisfaction - Puru runs one of the best companies in Nepal whose sole purpose is to mystify guests who come to Nepal for recreation, awakening and overall pleasure. He has the network of hard working, courteous and experienced folks who can take you on a journey of a lifetime in Nepalese wilderness and heritage. His company has the best guides, drivers, bed and breakfast folks, hotels, and people who can make journey into the Nepalese wilderness and culture a Trip to Remember.
The team is constantly attentive, communicate well with guests, and staff are knowledgeable about what activities to do, where to go and who to call. My trip with my family took me to Pokhara, Sarangkot, World Peace Pagoda, Rupakot, Begnas Lake, Lumle and Ghandruk. It was a 6 day trip with a dedicated driver and an SUV who took us on a road trip from Kathmandu to these places.
We got the best view of Nepalese rivers, ate local cuisine, and saw the best of Himalayas had to offer in Central Nepal. THe rates were reasonable for hotels, local restaurants and paragliding in the Sarangkot. Puru's team can make any adventure in Nepal more joyous and with lasting memories. I will continue to utilize his services when I come back to Nepal. Thank you so much.
