For other locations, please get in touch with us.\n\nGuests are greeted with a free herbal welcome drink.\n\nThere’s an unlimited supply of bottled water for the duration of the class at no extra charge.\n\nParticipants in the morning session will enjoy a market tour and a chance to sample various fruits.\n\nWe provide thorough cooking instructions and introduce you to all the Thai ingredients used.\n\nFor those attending the evening session, where there is no market tour, we bring the market experience to you by discussing the ingredients during the class itself.\n\nYou’ll be involved in every step, from chopping to cooking, and you’re welcome to savor your freshly made meal and take home any leftovers.

We teach and let you make your own Curry Paste from scratch using Motar and Pestle (No MSG and no buying ready made ones from the market)

Also as a part of our cooking, we visit the local market (morning sessions) to learn about local exotic fruits and vegetables. There is always an abundance of new things to see and taste.

Learn to cook Thai food easily - This was a wonderful addition to our Phuket trip. The food we cooked was delicious and overseen by an amazing chef. Her English was very good and she kept us all on track. Received download of all the recipes too.
