Exciting and fun - Teachers were wonderful and supportive, learnt so much in an hour. Would want to go again if we have time.

Fantastic workout - Great and exhausting workout! I was lucky to be the only participant, so the trainer could focus on making me breathless with a multitude of exercises. I practiced punches, kicks, knees, elbows, and dodges. Gloves, tapes, and water were provided. I really recommend this as a good sport activity.

Great intro to Thai boxing - Class gave us a great basics to Thai boxing, which neither of us tried before. Great core, legs and arms exercise! Your calves will be sore the next day :-) Would do it again.
