Loved it - AMAZING! Wonderful day trip with a guide with great knowledge of local plants. I found this tour last minute and it has been a highlight of my Sri Lanka trip 100% recommend Beautiful views without heaps of people around, even finished with a fresh waterfall shower

One-day hike to the Leopard Klippan/Knuckle range - Tough hike and in parts you had to use both hands and feet, but you were well rewarded when you reached the upper waterfall and got to take a cooling dip. My guide Manju was great and could explain everything we saw and was happy to tell me and make sure I got up and down safely. Even the train ride from and to Kandy was very beautiful.

Pristine nature and fantastic guide Manju - We had a crappy weather when we did the tour on 1st Jan 2024 - it was raining the whole time in the jungle. However, we still had a fantastic time being out in the nature and hiking through the trail. The knuckles reserve is very clean, and well conserved. We saw lots of flowing waterfalls and walked through some of them as part of the trail. Our guide, Manju, was AMAZING! He put our safety as the no.1 priority and always observed where we put the feet on in case it’s slippery rocks.

Beautiful sights, great guide - Had a wonderful guided trek up Knuckles range - with lovely views and mostly clear skies along the way. Was also shown various types of endemic plants and wildlife by Lakmal, who was both knowledgeable and attentive. He had even prepped leech socks, which were extremely helpful!

Amazing guide and hike - We had an amazing hiking experience with Lakmal. He could tell us a lot about the knuckles range area, the endemic plants and about Sri Lankan history. The hike was beautiful and perfectly organised with a good lunch and transfer pickup. Experienced and safe driver aswell. Would highly recommend. Would advise to wear long trousers and sleeves since the hike is really in the mountains and forest.

🐆It's rare to see a leopard, so just enjoy the hike! - It would have been great if it hadn't rained. The adventure route to the waterfall basin was fun. It might be a little difficult for beginners.
