Train Kandy - Ella - The tickets were delivered to the hotel on time. We traveled from Kandy to Ella and it is highly recommended! What a beautiful ride!

Excellent service - Excellent service, we book our ticket very last minute the night before our train journey. Our ticket was delivered to our hotel the same evening! Got straight on the train with no issues and reserved seats. Very good service and response, thanks!

cool - I needed train tickets from Kandy to Ella overnight.. Bawantha delivered them to me after two hours at my hotel. I recommend it with all my heart! :)

Train Tour from Kandy to Ella - Impeccable service. I booked two tickets with reserved seats in second class on the train from Kandy to Ella. The tickets were delivered to me the same evening at the accommodation facility where I was staying. The next morning I started my train journey without any hitches. All perfect.

Lovely! - I highly recommend Mahaweli tours. Was allocated a seat in the 1st class airconditioned section and really enjoyed the ride. Tickets were delivered at the last minute which stressed me out a little bit but they assured me that the ticket will be there on time. And actually it arrived on time 🙂

Good experience with train tickets - We booked our tickets from Kandy to Ella online, and they were delivered to our hotel that morning as promised. No problems with anything. A small improvement would have been to explain why we got 4 tickets when we booked 3, as I had a moment of panic that we had been given the wrong tickets! Mahaweli responded immediately by WhatsApp to explain though, so that was good.

Great seats, loved the journey and easy process with ticket drop off. - Great trip - the tickets were dropped off to our hotel the evening before we travelled. We were a little confused about what time the train was / what carriage & class our seats were in but were able to easily contact Geesara on whats app who confirmed it all for us. Really enjoyed the train ride, seats were great, the carriage was only reserved seating so wasnt crowded or stressful. Would recommend this trip.
