You will also receive a recipe so that you can make it at home. You can have a nigiri sushi party at home! Ingredients are authentic flavors purchased at the Omimachi market! You will learn not only how to make delicious sushi, but also how to make the traditional way of squeezing soy sauce and dashi, the key ingredients of Japanese cuisine.\nThe instructor’s talk is translated into English in real time and projected on a large monitor.\nSmall class size from 2 to a maximum of 6 people.
