• Jibuni – Kanazawa’s renowned chicken stew
• Dashi-Maki Tamago – a soft rolled omelet made with a Michelin-style recipe
• Dashi Broth – a traditional stock made from bonito and kelp
• Seasonal Side Dish & Miso Soup
Utilize premium Japanese knives and, if desired, visit the in-house Knife Museum (opening July 2025, with a 10% discount for participants).
