Great Experience, Great company - This was an amazing trip! I only had 2 days to spare before heading home and was unsure if it was going to be worth it, It definitely was! Though more days would be better, I say don't hesitate to take the two day trip if that's all the time you have. There was still a huge amount of animals and birds I saw within those two days and it exceeded my expectations that were already high. Simba Africa Expeditions was a great company to do the safari with. From the get go they had great communication before the trip and were quick to respond to any questions. Fred my Guide/Driver was amazing too. He really made sure I got the most out of the trip and taught me not only just about wildlife and conservation but a lot about Uganda in general as well. If I'm ever back to do another tour, I will be requesting Fred for sure. Overall I highly recommend doing a tour with Simba Africa Expeditions and even if you only do this two day trip you won't regret it.

George was the best - We had George as our tour guide and he was very professional, very friendly, and very knowledgeable. He was always early to any of our events and knew fun facts about all of the animals we saw. He made sure we saw all the animals on our list and had the best seats for the Nile ride. I will for sure be asking for him again next time we come back to Uganda.

Amazing experience - Amazing experience. Booked last minute and they arrange everything immediately. George, the guide was fantastic. Nice chatter for the long drive. The tour was really nice and I was very lucky to be able to see lions. The Nile river cruise really worth it. Highly recommended. If you are going to pay in USD cash make sure the bills are brand new. The country is very peaky with the marked, wear ones.

Unforgettable adventure. - From first contact Simba Expeditions were so professional and flexible. We asked to change the advertised schedule to our preferred schedule and within an hour I had a new schedule and quote. It was booked within 2 hours. Tonny was our tour guide and arrived early, supported us to have everything in place to leave with everything we needed and we were on the road at the right time. As a frequent traveller to East Africa, I do worry at times about road safety but Tonny’s driving was excellent from beginning to end and I felt safe in his care. The game drives! Omg! On almost every occasion Tonny found the animals first and other drivers were following him or asking him for where to go. We saw so much in two days. Three different prides of lions, including a lioness with her 1-2 week old cubs. What I loved most about having Tonny as our guide is that while he always found the best sightings first (and we got amazing first views of the animals) he actively discouraged less experienced guides from disrupting the animals. For example, when we found the lioness and her 1-2 week old cubs, another guide started going off-road and disrupting the mother and her cubs. Tonny encouraged them to give her space and I really appreciated knowing we were in the hands of someone who respected nature. A similar thing happened on day two. Tonny found a pride of lions first and we enjoyed watching them for 15 minutes before others arrived. When they arrived they started putting their vehicle between the mother and her 6 month old cubs and he challenged them to back away. What the inexperienced drivers were doing was not only distressing to the pride, but was pushing them to cross the road away from all of us, when we could have all watched them more closely if they’d been patient, turned their engines off and let nature do it’s thing. Tonny is a pro! And not only a pro but a skilled photographer. I was here with a colleague for work so we didn’t have proper cameras. Tonny took amazing photos of what we were witnessing and sent them to us afterwards. If you’re thinking about a safari in Uganda, go with Simba Expeditions, and ask for TONNY!

Brilliant tour with great accomodation - The trip from Kampala to the Murchison Falls National Park was prepared very well. We've been picked up by George and have had a convenient drive to the NP. The boat cruise on the Nile was very informative and we could observe many different birds, Hippos as well as crocodiles. The two game drives with George were also very impressive by observing different animals including two female lions. The accomodation in the Murchison River Lodge is highly recommended and the food is really excellent. Thanks to everyone for having such a great tour!

Amazing wildlife, natural beauty - My group of 4 including 2 teenagers had a great time at Murchison falls. Our guide Tony took great care of us and taught us so much about wildlife we observed in the national park. I especially enjoyed seeing the falls from the top. The view there is spectacular! Definitely bring binoculars and insect repellent. Overall, an amazing experience I will never forget.

A worthwhile trip away from work in the Pearl of Africa 🌍 - After a long time of working at a medical camps and meeting deadlines, we decided to have a safari to the Murchisons fall national park so as to relax. I experienced wonderful relaxing morning game drives with the beautiful rise in the middle of nature🐆🦁🐘🦒. A visit to the strongest water fall in the world (Murchison falls) crowned the trip. Sharing a drive way with the big 5 animals, made me believe am the big 6th, haha. Thanks to our tour guide Tony for giving us the best experience in the wild. Absolute memorable and incredible experience - We had an incredible time on this tour. Tony was our tour guide and took us from Kampala to Murchison falls for a 2 day safari. We did a lot in just two days, but it was worth every second. We saw what Tony called 4 of the big 5 on the safari. Elephants, water buffalo, lions, and giraffes. Lots of giraffes. Tony was incredibly knowledgable about the wildlife and the park and drove like a champ to get us back to Kampala on time. Can't recommend this enough. Next time we are going to book a several day tour. Down time at the lodge would have been really nice. But we got to see so much. If you are in Kampala and want to do the safari, Simba doesn't come recommended highly enough.

Great experience! - My friend and I had spent 2 weeks working in Kampala, in our 3rd and last week we made a last minute decision to do a safari and we found Simba Safari trough safari bookings.com we talked to them and explained that we were in a rush, in less then 30 minutes we had booked and payed for the safari. Our guide, Jorge, arrived at our place in time and took us to see the falls, what an amazing sight that was! First we did a boat ride and after that we had a very nice game drive that ended at the Pakuba lodge. It’s a nice lodge, ok food, but great for just spending the night, unfortunately there was a power breakdown and we had to bath using lanterns. The following morning we headed to a game drive, Jorge managed to find a total of 14 lions for us! He was a great guide! Later on we headed to the rhino sanctuary, for a walk to find the rhinos, we found them and they were walking towards our direction, we had to keep moving back, it was very exciting! This was the end of the experience, I believe it was the greatest choice we could make to end this amazing trip! Thank you Jorge and Simba Safari!
