Indonesia’s 4th largest island, Borobudur is the world’s largest Buddhist temple, constructed in the 9th century, and is the most visited tourist attraction in Indonesia.
When the population converted to Islam in the 14th century, Borobudur was abandoned. Today the temple is protected by UNESCO with ongoing restoration and maintenance to keep the temple looking it’s best.
Enjoy yourself a quiet spot to sit and wait for the sun to rise over the horizon from the top of temple, enjoying the serene and spiritual atmosphere that seems to have infiltrated every rock via. Prambanan Temples - Spend 2 hours exploring Prambanan. Prambanan is the biggest Hindu temple in Indonesia as well as one of the most beautiful temples in Southeast Asia. According to the inscription of Siwargha plaque, the temple was constructed during the reign of Rakai Pikatan (mid ninth century) of Ancient Mataram Kingdom.. See the three temples decorated with reliefs illustrating the epic of the Ramayana, dedicated to the three great Hindu divinities (Shiva, Vishnu and Brahma) and three temples dedicated to the animals who serve them.
After finish exploring Prambanan, you will head back to your hotel, you have the option to stop for lunch on the journey back.

Unforgettable day diving in timeless Java and Yogyakarta - The team missioned for this emblematic tour of Borobudur and Prembanan is very professional.
Adit took us in a sublime tour with many histories about many things. He teached us all the basics we needed to know about the sites, the cultures very kindly, with passion, and we have shared a lot of cool things.
He drove very well, comfy and carefully. A great experience for our first time in Java !

Must Do. - This tour is a must. Temples are incredible and every one should make an effort to see them.
We've done our tour with Arma. From the start to finish he has managed everything. From getting us to the locations, sorting out tickets, guiding us to the right places. 5 star service.

Sunrise Tour is Worth the Early Rise! - This tour was incredible! Everything is included in the price, which is so nice because you don’t have to worry about getting tickets or wasting any time in line because the guide will purchase all tickets for you or already purchased them in advance. Bring enough local currency to purchase food, snacks, drinks, and souvenirs because most places won’t accept cards since it’s in a smaller village. Also, there may be times you’ll have to pay 2000IDR to use the toilet, bring some tissues if you don’t want to use the bidet. If you’re doing the sunrise tour, there is a small coffee shop heading up to the view for a quick stop for breakfast and coffee (there’s food at the next stop too!). The sunrise is a hit or miss depending on the season, but I personally thought it was worth it because there wasn’t much of a crowd early in the morning and I was able to soak in the nature a bit longer. When going to the Borobudur Temple, you will want to bring a hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, and plenty of water. You will get plenty of time at each attraction and the guide(s) will help take your photos. The lunch spot (Opak Resto) is already picked out and has plenty of vegan/vegetarian options. This place accepts card.
Aditya H. was an absolute amazing guide! He was so kind, knowledgeable, curious, social and outgoing. I was the only one on his tour due to the low season and it was amazing to get to know him on a more personal level, rather than just my tour guide. He can have a conversation about anything and everything, while also answering any questions you may have about the attractions, culture, food, and Indonesia in general. He goes above and beyond to make this a memorable trip. I’d book any trip with him again! He made my day so much more fun and enjoyable, it truly felt like I was traveling with a friend when I was with him. I highly recommend him as your guide for this tour!

Great tour - Very nice tour, everything was organised well. Our driver Atok was very friendly and knew a lot about the different tempels. We had some very interesting conversations with him but also shared a lot of laughs. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Atok!

Must see experience! - Its a busy day, but totally worth every minute. We got picked up at our hotel, and drove to the Borobudur. Along the way our driver Adit told us a lot about it. When your at the Borobudur everything gets arranged. No need to worry. Afyer the Borobudur he was waiting in the place you agree upon by forehand. Next we drove to a small café to have some kopi luwak, cause we asked him to. He is very flexible. Both the Merapi and Prambanan we could take our time to enjoy the sights. We highly recommend this trip and the driver Adit!

Amazing day with Dani - We had an amazing day with our guide Dani. He drove us around all day and made a special experience. He knew everything there was to talk about the temples, the history of the religions and had the nicest stories to tell along, with that making the long car trips super pleasant. He made sure that we got all the details and really took his time to show us around, answer all our questions and gave us a taste of the great fruits Indonesia has to offer.

A day to remember with Aditya on Borobodur - Went on Borobudur temple and Prambanan tour today and it was absolutely fantastic..!!
Aditya was our guide and what a guide!
Great communication and picked us up spot on time at our hotel for a trip to sembu hill top for the sunrise over Merapi volcano… Lively conversation and great knowledge on the bus! Onto Borobodur… Everything taken into consideration, food options, water and so cheery!! Even took us to a bonus temple and walked us around! 4 wheel drive up Merapi volcano, everything was provided.. Finally onto Prambanan for our final tour of the day..
Aditya was a pleasure..! He Really looked after our family and I would say he made our day very special.. Thank you Aditya, thank you Asmaradhana.. A tour we will not forget any time soon!!!!

Trip to temples in Central Java. - Atok was our guide and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Explaining the history of the sites we visited and his English language skills were excellent. Made us feel very welcome.
If you have a chance to pick a driver and guide for your tour, ask for Atok.
