A must experience in Juneau - Forget all the other tours, if you are in Juneau and you want a genuine glacier experience this is the only one to book. We went in May 2024 and had the best time, both on the lake and getting up close to the glacier (not 100's of meters from it, or flying over it). Justin and Riley were amazing, friendly, knowledgable, kept us safe and dry...+ a sea shanty. We have been all over the world and this is in my top 3 activities. Book it, you won't regret it. (chuckle when your friends show you their photos from a distance).

Amazing Experience!! - This was an amazing shore excursion! You get to go super close to the glacier and get a slight workout, too. They give you plenty of breaks so you aren’t tired of paddling, and you are given multiple snacks. We had AMAZING STAFF for our paddle. Sophie, Ryley, and Molly taught us so much about the glacier and Juneau in general, while keeping things fun and entertaining. Finally, at the end of the paddle, you are given a nice warm drink. Luckily, it didn’t really get too cold and we stayed dry with the waterproof gear they offered. This was definitely worth the time and money. 10/10 recommend.

Great tour guide and experience, absolutely worth it! - Jordan was an excellent tour guide! He made sure that we got great views, and taught us how to row properly so that we wouldn't injure ourselves. He also let us go and see the glacier up close, as well as a waterfall. We had plenty of time to take great pictures too! However, be ready to work, you'll be canoeing for around two hours!

Mendenhall Canoe Tour - Had a great experience canoeing across the lake, viewing Nugget Falls, and getting extremely close to Mendenhall. Ryley and Devyn were incredible guides that were well prepared and knowledgeable.

Once in a lifetime experience! - After our original tour was cancelled due to weather, this was the best thing we could have done. We found out it's actually better to view the glacier during dreary days! While it was a workout, canoeing was definitely worth it. The views were fantastic and it was so special to see the glacier now that we knowing this is the last year it will be touching the water. Molly, our tour guide, came in on her day off just to let us go on this adventure! She made this tour all the more special with her welcoming nature and knowledge on the land. It was one of our favorite parts of our trip.

Adventurous Trip - It was a freezing cold and raining day during our excursion, but the staff kept us warm and dry with rain gear. First time rowing and it was great! Guides where so friendly and kept us motivated throughout the canoe ride. Great time despite the weather!

Great guides! - Just as we were getting off the cruise ship we were notified that our helicopter tour to the glacier was canceled due to weather. There was someone at the booth that we talked to about doing the canoe tour and she was very nice and very helpful. It was chilly and rainy but Devin and Molly got us all geared up and we paddled out to the glacier. We were very happy with our last minutes change in plans!
