- Juneau - Discover three unique breweries in three distinct areas of town! Visit Devil’s Club Brewing Co. in downtown Juneau, Alaskan Brewing Co. in “Lemon Creek,” and Forbidden Peak Brewing in historic Auke Bay. Additionally, we’ll visit two of Juneau’s most famous viewpoints: Brotherhood Bridge on the lower Mendenhall River, offering views of the Mendenhall Glacier and Towers, and the iconic waterfront whale statue in downtown Juneau.
- Overstreet Park - The final stop of the tour is usually Juneau’s renowned waterfront whale statue! This iconic piece was commissioned by local community leaders and completed in 2018. It has quickly become one of the most popular attractions in town!
- Forbidden Peak Brewery - The “peak” of our tours is our final brewery visit at the stunning Forbidden Peak Brewing in Auke Bay. Situated above the harbor in Auke Bay, this is a hidden gem that many short-term visitors miss, yet it remains a favorite spot for locals.

Meet your guide on the cruise ship docks at the “Peratrovich Plaza” sign next to the big parking lot. It’s between the Juneau Public Library and Pier 49—a central, easy-to-find spot for all cruise ports and downtown hotels.

Excellent beer tour - It was a great tour. Katie was an excellent guide. The breweries had some really good beer. Some confusion on finding the meeting point, but nothing big. Well worth the booking.

This was a great tour! - This was a fabulous excursion Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and a great host. Katie took just to great vistas to see the wonderful landscape and wildlife. She gave excellent t advice on beers and delicious snacks. We would do this tour again!

What a fantastic opportunity to enjoy Juneau! - This chance to see Alaska, share some great brews, relax and enjoy the Juneau vibe is really a great choice with so many tour options out there. Our guide, Scott, was outgoing, informative, and had a love for the Juneau area. We enjoyed a great variety of brews in some lovely areas of town. We also stopped at a few great places offering fantastic photo opportunities. This tour is not crowded, not touristy, and truly felt like we shared a great Alaskan experience. We cannot be happier to say that Alaska on Tap was a part of our journey!

A Unique Experience in Juneau - We had an awesome experience with Scott learning about Juneau’s craft breweries and sampling some of the unique varieties and flavors. I shouldn’t use the word sampling because they gave us a full flight of decent sized pourings at each stop. We also made stops for a great view of Mendenhall Glacier and to see the Whale Project statue. I feel like we got a unique experience in Juneau and good value for the money.

Great beers, views and guide! - A great tour with our guide Scott who gave us a lot of background on the breweries and local history. Every stop came with a flight of beers to sample with a variety of flavors and unique ingredients. All very tasty. Included was a stop for a great view of Mendenhall Glacier as well as a stop at the Whale Project sculpture.

Hops, Glaciers, and Kelp Salsa—Oh My! - We had an awesome time on the Craft Brews and Epic Views tour in Juneau. I actually went to the wrong pickup spot, but the team answered my call right away, and our guide, Scott, came to get us without skipping a beat. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience amazing.
The stops were well-planned, and each brewery had solid beer and cool swag. We also met a great couple on the tour, which made it even more enjoyable. The views of the glacier and the whale statue were really cool and added something extra to the beer tasting vibe.
Also… kelp salsa. I didn’t know I needed it in my life, but I’m officially hooked.
Highly recommend this tour if you're in Juneau!

Juneau sights and beer tour - Derek was a great guide. Answered all questions and had a great personality. My only suggestion would be to spend a little less time at each brewery in exchange for a closer look at the glacier.

Happy - We had a ton of fun, took lots of photos, ate kelp salsa and made friends with the other group and our tour guide. Highly recommended for those looking for something new.
