Awesome Juneau Segway Tour - Yesterday I went on a Segway tour in Juneau, Alaska, and it was an unforgettable experience. Our guides, Kacie and Seione, were exceptional and made the adventure even more enjoyable. The tour began with a thorough safety briefing and training session on how to operate the Segways, which was great even if you have done a Segway tour before because this is different terrain. Once we felt comfortable, we set off into the lush rainforest, gliding effortlessly along the trails. Kacie and Seione's knowledge of the area was impressive, and they shared fascinating facts about the local flora and fauna as we explored. Their passion for the environment was evident, and it added an educational element to the tour that I appreciated. One highlight of the tour was the stunning scenery. We meandered through towering trees, crossed babbling streams, and learned all about the Tongass Rainforest. The tranquility of the rainforest was mesmerizing, and being able to experience it on a Segway was truly unique. Throughout the tour, Kacie and Seione went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt comfortable and engaged. They were patient, encouraging, and always willing to answer questions or offer assistance when needed. Overall, I highly recommend this Segway tour to anyone visiting Juneau. It's a fantastic way to explore the beauty of the rainforest while learning from knowledgeable guides like Kacie and Seione. I can't wait to do it again!

Awesome Experience!! Fun, relaxing and overall informative trip. Would love to do this again here! - Awesome experience!! Clay took great care of us signing in and transporting us onsite. Very friendly, communicated well and shared local knowledge of the area, Segway riding and briefing us on the safety check off. Mallory and Kacie were excellent tour guides, trained us on how to ride safely. Both worked together well and were exceptional at keeping us safe on the trail! I was thoroughly impressed with their knowledge of the area, positive feedback and keeping the experience fun. What a great time I had with my son and all those who joined the excursion. I will definitely do this again.

Best Excursion! - If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! We had an AMAZING time!! Clay was an excellent start and was super personable as he took us up to the tour location. Mallory and Kacie were the best tour guides! They were very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to be around and learn from! It was such a great time. This one of the best excursions I have ever done. Definitely worth doing! I can’t wait to come back at some point and do it again!

Great outdoorsy adventure with knowledgeable crew - Had an amazing time for our Segway tour in Douglas Island (Juneau) with Mallory and Clay. They were very patient with us, they really explained everything very clearly at the beginning, showing a clear video on the Segway operation, taking the time to train us how to break, go uphill and downhill, and being very careful at supervizing us one by one where turns were a bit tricky. We felt very secure. They also shared a lot of detailed information about the local fauna and flora that we found very interesting. Highly recommend.

Excellent scenery - We had such a great time, so glad we chose this as our cruise excursion for Juneau! The segways were super fun and the train was gorgeous, Paul and Kacie were the best tour guides! They were super friendly and knowledgeable and were patient with my fear of falling off lol

Alpine Wilderness Segway trail ride was phenomenal! - Wonderful Segway ride through the rainforest! Mallory and Kacie were phenomenal- filled with stories and facts about Juneau and the rainforest we traveled through. Definitely a highlight for our trip. Thanks Ladies!
