No experience, still had a blast! - What a fun time! I had no real fishing experience but Gabe explained everything and was amazing and knowledgeable. He even hooked a fish and handed me his rod to try to reel it in. The line broke and I never actually caught anything but the experience was amazing! Other in our group did catch fish! Having no fishing experience didn’t matter, still had the most wonderful time ever!

Outstanding 3-hour fishing trip - Had a great time fishing with Jake. As others have said, he was very patient with us and moved to 3 different spots during our 3-hour trip. He advised us the best way to catch the fish and told us what to do once we had one hooked. Thanks Jake.

Fun port day - Really fun trip. Each person got as much or little help as they wanted and most people caught something. I didn't but I was one of the ones needing instruction and I got a lot of pointers. The teens I was bringing both caught salmon, one a nice king he sent home. There were salmon jumping everywhere so my not catching had nothing to do with the spot they chose. Was really easy to find them to meet up and to work it around the cruise ship stop.

Fantastic Fishing Experience in Juneau! - Great experience fishing in Juneau! This was such a memorable excursion. My husband loves fishing and I had never fished before and this trip was perfect for both of us. It was a great chance for me to learn something new and for us to enjoy the stunning Alaskan outdoors together. The scenery was incredible, the water was calm, and our guide made the whole experience fun and approachable. Highly recommend for couples or families looking to connect with nature and each other!

Best fishing spot in Alaska! - Our fishing trip in the Alaska waters was unforgettable, thanks to our amazing tour guide, Jake. From the moment we arrived, Jake made us feel welcome and at ease. He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, taking the time to teach each of us how to properly cast, reel in, and handle our fishing lines. Whether it was untangling a knotted line or removing seaweed and other gunk, Jake was quick to help and made sure we were learning every step of the way. His passion for fishing and the outdoors was clear, and he created a fun, laidback, and relaxed environment for everyone. Thanks to Jake, walked away with skills and memories that will last.

Just Do It - It was very good. We learned a lot that will take with us. Jack was patient, knowledgeable, and really interested - you can tell he loves what he does.

Book it, you won’t be disappointed - We arrived in town earlier than expected on our cruise. The teen boys in our group had been wanting to go fishing but we did not have time for a full day or even a half day. So I was thrilled when we happened upon the 3 hour fishing for them and my husband to go on. Their guide was very helpful and informative. It truly became a highlight of our weeklong trip. Despite 1 teen not catching a fish (it wasn’t promised but he was hopeful) they had nothing but positive things to say and loved every moment!

Fun on the shores of Juneau! - Had an awesome time! Guide was very friendly and knowledgeable about the fish and fishing area. He did a great job working with my younger son and improved his fishing skills with casting. We caught our first king salmon. Would highly recommended.

Great tour guide but bad luck and bad experience talking to the company - I was the only one signed up at 9 am tour. Jake was my tour guide. He was very patient and very nice, taught me how to fish. But 2.5 hours of fishing I didn’t catch anything although fishes all jump in front of me. For a 300 dollar class, standing inside cold water for nearly three hours , it’s not really great. I think Jake did his best, but fishing does require luck and I didn’t have a great experience. I called them again and Nicholas instantly told me no partial refund and lectured me on how fishing is never 100% guaranteed with fishes. I never leave reviews, but I don’t like Nicholas’s attitude so here I am.
