Select the type of blade you wish to sharpen this time (up to 5 types of knives are available, with some requiring a small additional fee) and choose the size of the knife.

Sharpen the blade and immerse yourself in this meditative process that demands focus and is excellent for stress relief. Several English-speaking team members are always present to engage in intimate conversations and guide your movements. You’ll have the chance to enjoy friendly interactions with locals while honing your knife skills and receiving personalized advice.

Engrave your name in Japanese characters on the handle and attach it using a traditional hammer to complete your masterpiece.
