Fun bento experience - I went to a Bento Workshop and made a bunny bento—definitely one of the cutest and coolest experiences I’ve had in Japan! I don’t usually cook, so this was extra special for me. If you love Japanese culture or kawaii things, I highly recommend this class. Five stars all the way

Fun environment with fun people! - It’s a great place to be. Fun activities to do with kind staff. Everyone is so friendly and warm. Ways to get along and fun personalities. They communicate well and help you step by step. If you make any mistakes, they can laugh about it with you and give support. I love the fun environment while you learn new things. I’ve lived here for already six years but I’m still learning new things!

Wonderful experience here in Asakusa!! - My friends and I were happily greeted by several staff members at the entrance. I felt incredibly welcomed with warm and friendly conversation throughout our entire experience there. Hayato (Ken) did an amazing job breaking down the flow of our schedule and the activities we were going to do. He was very kind, patient, and we shared many laughs and funny jokes amongst our group. His explanation of the manga creations was great! Then we moved to the bento-making which was my first time ever creating a Japanese style bento. As a current international school teacher, I often see these made by our kids’ moms, so shout out to all the Japanese moms who take the time to make these amazing bentos for their kids! It was difficult and took a lot of creativity, but I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. Again, I can’t express this enough but the customer service was top quality!! Thank you Ken, Nao, Lisa, and Shina!!

Cute and Fun! - The manga intro was cute. The instructions were easy to understand and it was fun. The cooking was fun. However, as someone who doesn’t eat pork, and used to be religious. It would be ideal to have pork items cooked with separate utensils for more religious people and/or a substitute. But I’m not religious anymore so it was fine for me.

Manga Making and Character Bento 🍱😊 - This was the best experience I’ve ever done and went to! They were very patient with us and helped come up with ideas for our Manga Making panels! They tell you a little backstory about the manga (creators, how long it takes to make one, different styles, etc) and it’s very interesting! They also put our panels in a frame and gave them to us after everything was done. Next, we made Character Bento Boxes!! This was honestly one of the most fun experiences I’ve ever done in Japan!! They gave us rice, to shape them into animals, carrots, sausages, ham, and more to create little animals and designs to decorate them!! They even teach you how to make tamago (rolled egg) yourself! After everything is made, all that’s left is to decorate your characters!!😆😆 Also, don’t be shy with asking for a video or photos! They were more than happy to do them and they’ll take pictures/videos throughout your experience (with your permission of course☺️)!! All in all, I’d rate this experience a 10/1000000!!!😊😊

Cute bento making, clean and new space, fun cooking - Was a fun activity! I’ve always been very intrigued by how much Japanese mums put into making their kids lunches and making it so cute so it was great to finally learn how to do it myself and try it at home. All the food was provided and they do ask for dietary restrictions. I don’t have any but I assume they adjust if you do. Clean space and kind staff. Added bonus, it was so hot and having the fully air conditioned center be so conveniently located next to the Asakusa shrines was a godsend.
