You won't regret this experience - This was an amazing experience. Hayashi-san was an excellent teacher. We had a misunderstanding and was late to the meet-up location but Hayashi-san was so understanding. Please book with them because the class was so much fun but you will definitely work hard. I came away with new knowledge on basic kendo techniques and a new respect for the art of kendo. You won't regret the experience. Thank you so much Hayashi sensei. Miho-san was a wonderful translator and guide. Thank you Miho-san.

Unique experience - Very exclusive and perfectly organized Kendo experience. The interpreter spoke perfect English, we had a lot of fun. Our Kendo master was very clear and well-structured in his instructions. We learned a lot and the time went by far too quickly. We had a lot of fun. The dojo was very quiet and clean. Extremely pleasant atmosphere. Makes you want to do more Kendo... I would definitely continue training tomorrow, unfortunately we are traveling further. Highly recommended Unique experience. I highly recommend this kendo experience because it was the best experience on our trip to Japan.

Kendo experience - I had a lot of fun learning how to strike and move with the bamboo sword. It's hard to put on the armor and it slows down my movements, but it's fun to participate in mock battles with my friends. And at the end, I was surprised that I couldn't go home unless I wrote a 100-word review. Lol.

Fight as a Samurai! - This was the perfect way to experience the Japanese martial art of Kendo! We were taught the basics by a master practitioner and were even able to have a short fight with each other. I recommend it to anyone interested in Japanese martial arts or samurai.

Perfect experience in playing Kendo - This was my first time doing Kendo which is a very special kind of sport in Japan, and it was amazing. Master Hayashi taught us a very simple way and in about 2 hours were able to take part in a small competition and it was really funny. I’m very thankful they held this event for us! 這是我第一次體驗劍道，在參加這次活動之前甚至只有聽過這項日本獨特的運動，在這邊兩個小時左右的體驗過得非常開心。林導師用簡單的方式教我們劍道的基礎動作，在最後我們還進行小比賽真的非常開心！感謝他們為我們留學生舉行這樣的活動，希望大家都能來參加！

kendo experience as a first timer - its fun and i am able to learn the basics of kendo, the etiquettes how to bow where to bow, and even fight in a 1v1 match with a friend. all of these is being overseen by the masters

Kendo Experience - It takes only 25 mins from Katata station by bus. The staff and master was very kind, also the teaching method was great. We got the chance to wear all the equipment, then we did some exercices and sparring. Anyway guys, please without worry participate to the event, you won't regret.

Great kendo experience - It’s my first time to join kendo experience tour. The master is very professional and teaches students with humour. The instructor teaches students step by step so no need to be worried about the difficulty. I am able to experience kendo with relaxing atmosphere. Also had great time to know more about Japanese culture. これは私の初めての剣道体験。先生は親切でユーモアがある。それから、日本の文化も体験できる、すごく嬉しかった。

kendo experience tour in Kyoto - Come with friends to experience Japanese Kendo, very interesting experience. Costumes and props are super complete, I like 💕 after learning the friendship competition is also very exciting. I recommend you to experience it, it's really worth a visit. I got a little gift. A Very Fun and Unique Experience - It was my first time to try Kendo, and I’m so glad I got to experience this with my friends. Everyone was very accommodating, from helping us gear up to teaching us the proper greetings and moves. Master Hayashi is a great teacher. After the hitting practices, students were encouraged to participate in a practice match. Kendo looked scary at first, but after learning the proper techniques and wearing the protective gear, it became a really fun and unique experience. We were encouraged to act with feeling and show respect to our practice partner. I really enjoyed the experience. It’s definitely something I would like to try again.
