Intention Setting Cacao Ceremony and Soundbath Meditation:
Following the hike, the second part of the adventure involves an intention-setting cacao ceremony and soundbath meditation. Utilizing the natural surroundings, ceremonial-grade cacao from Central America, and low-frequency sound vibrations from planetary gongs, participants are encouraged to ground themselves in the moment, deepen their meditative state, and enhance their connection to the source. This is followed by the invigorating power of sound vibrations to enhance connection with these intentions. A variety of instruments and sound frequencies are used to elevate the meditative state, offering a safe space to fully embrace the healing qualities of sound, the therapeutic properties of nature, and the richness of the present moment.
