The tour continues with a visit to Jaswant Thada, a 19th-century royal cenotaph, which also boasts magnificent gardens. The final stop is the Umaid Bhawan Palace, a notable Jodhpur landmark. This elegant palace, constructed in the 20th century to provide employment for 3,000 residents affected by famine, has been converted into a 5-star heritage hotel. Great tuk tuk driver, very reliable and trustworthy. - Ramesh is a great tuk tuk driver. He is reliable, professional and friendly. He takes great care of his tuk tuk and of his passengers. He is always ready to help. As a solo woman traveller, it is very important to be able to trust and rely on someone who will always be there to pick you up to take you safely to your destination. Nice tour of Jodhpur's most popular spots - Pickups and drops to all locations were on time and without any hassle. Ramesh ji was extremely helpful and polite throughout the journey. Made the day trip easier and more enjoyable.

Ramesh was polite, flexible, and knew Jodhpur well. Made the trip smooth and enjoyable — definitely recommend him - Had a very good experience with Ramesh during our Jodhpur trip. He was punctual, polite, and flexible, with excellent knowledge of local routes and attractions. His suggestions for food stops and sightseeing added real value to the journey. Driving was safe and comfortable throughout.
Overall: Ramesh is a reliable and courteous driver — highly recommended for anyone visiting Jodhpur.

Super, highly informative in Jodhpur - Super informative day with Ramesh (Rishi) in Jodhpur. We were so happy that our personable guide used his deep knowledge to go levels deeper on several subjects including a LOT of great learning on the royals of Jodhpur in the 20th century. Safe driving, great lunch, and extra time spent to give us much more history than is typical. Highly recommended.

Superb, informative day in Jodhpur - Ramesh (Rishi) and his driver provided us with our best tour in India so far! He is a personable and highly informed guide, and was able to go several levels deeper on subjects we asked about. We were particularly thankful for his knowledge of Rajasthan's rulers and the 20th century history of contributions the Jodhpur royals have made to the region. Safe driving, great lunch, extended the tour to give us much more explanation, made a stop at a reputable pharmacy for us too. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent Service by Ramesh Ji – A True Gentleman and Expert Driver - We had an amazing 3-day trip to Jodhpur, and one of the best parts of our experience was having Ramesh Ji as our auto driver. From the moment we arrived, Ramesh Ji impressed us with his punctuality, friendliness, and deep knowledge of the city.
He was always courteous, patient, and extremely helpful. Ramesh Ji not only ensured that we reached all the must-see places like Mehrangarh Fort, Jaswant Thada, and Umaid Bhawan Palace in comfort and on time, but he also shared interesting local insights and little-known stories about Jodhpur that made the trip even more memorable.

Great sightseeing experience with Ramesh - Ramesh was our driver for the day. He showed great care in his driving. Many Tuk-tuks are quite rough in maintenance as well as driving. His was smooth and his machine is very well maintained. He takes great pride in his work and it shows. Quite refreshing.
Our tour was a bit different than the scheduled stops, we changed it around a bit. Ramesh was more than happy to accommodate our requests and it was an excellent experience.
Please note: this tour only covers the historical parts of Jodphur. The blue city is nicely painted, but it’s worth seeing the newer parts as well. Especially compared to the walled in city, the newer parts are nicer.
