Best birthday ever ✨ - My birthday was super lit thanks to Richard he was very Proffesional and polite he set up birthday banner and balloons I’ve never had that before the food was amazing the jet ski was awesome I’m definitely booking again

Amazing and really fun! - This was one of the highlights of our time in Montego! Totally worth it. Richard drove my family and me to the jet ski set up and the staff were some of the best in Montego we met! Richard was timely and professional. Truly appreciate the experience :-)

Easy and efficient. No complaints! - Richard made this experience pleasant. He picked us up from our resort and dropped us off comfortably. We had a blast jet skiing in the ocean.

False advertising - All the other jet ski places clearly mention that their jet ski ride is 30 min only. We decided to go with this company because it says 1 hour in the itinerary…
After 30 minutes, they told us our time was up…the itinerary only mentions the jet ski ride so we believed that our jet ski ride would be 1 hour.
Not to mention their price is higher than all of the other jet ski places which is why I also believed the jet ski ride would be 1 hour for the longer time.
When I asked about it, the guy was saying “oh! The 1 hour is for jet ski AND beach, 30 minutes jet ski and 30 minutes beach”.
This is false because, again, the itinerary on this place only talks about the jet ski.
Basically, just go with the other companies that charge less for the same duration of the jet ski ride
