JET SKI - me and my 3 friends went onto the JetSkis today, we had 2 double jetskis. From the get go we was taken straight into the middle of the sea and put onto the jetskis, we were only told how to start the jetski and to not to press the break however we were not given any proper instruction on how to use the machines. After 5 minutes of being on the jet skis both myself and all my friends was petrified due to the weather making the waves very powerful and almost knocking us off r jetskis. We requested to get off the jetskis and get onto the boat despite the fact we told the instructors we were all scared both him and the man driving the boat told us “we are not a taxi service” and we had to continue on the tour! we begged multiple times to get off yet we were not helped at all only greeted with rude staff telling us to continue driving the jetskis back to the harbour. It was made clear that the staff did not care about our well-being and only cared about the safety of their jet-skis. After me expressing my concerns to the staff I was told to just get on with it and bring the jetski back because “i’m not going to die” overall we had an awful experience with this company!
