Safe, efficient driver - Absolutely to way to go in Tel Aviv. Wish there was a service from the airport TO other city hotels.

Effortless - We booked an airport transfer from Jerusalem to Ben Gurion airport as it was Saturday and I wasn't sure how readily available taxis would be. I'm very happy we did as it was seamless. Our driver arrived right on time and took us right to the airport (45 min trip). It was effortless and helped to take some of the stress out of travelling.

Hotel to Airport transfer - I've used this service before. Pick-up was on time. The driver asked what airline I replied "Israel Airlines" so he dropped me off at terminal 3... should have been terminal 1. I took the airport shuttle to terminal 1. My advice, make sure what terminal your flight is out of. I will use this service again.

Overrated: Sends a taxi instead of black car. - For the amount I paid, I expected a nice private car, but got a taxi sent to my hotel.
I could have done this myself and save at least 50% of the cost.
On the bright side, the agent towards the end was communicative and helped me get translate webpages and get covid tested before my flight.
