Exceptional Day Trip - I've been wanting to visit Masada and The Dead Sea for a long time and when the opportunity of visiting Israel for the first time in over 30 years for a friend's wedding,I jumped at the opportunity and the first trip on my list had to be The Dead Sea and Masada. I could not of expected it to be any more fun, informative and Special. Jonathan the tour guide is a complete natural,he is great with people and his style was light hearted and much appreciated by everyone. He has a great knowledge and he really wants you to know and learn about the history of Masada. His passion shines through. I would strongly recommend this trip and the day was hugely enjoyable. Also Rabi the driver ,shout out to the best driver in the Middle East. Thank You Jonathan

Great day. Lots of sights. Great tour - Yonatan (Jojo) A. was fantastic. A great tour guide with lots of information and a great sense of humor. Ravi the driver was really good and we felt safe the whole day on the winding roads. Great timing at all the sites and a nice variety. Would absolutely book another tour with them again.

Exceptional Tour Experience with Itamar - An excellent tour that I’ll be recommending to everyone! Itamar was our tour guide and he was fantastic. He had so much cultural and historical insight and explained everything so clearly. He even went above and beyond and gave the tour in both English and Spanish because one person on the tour didn’t speak any English. He was so friendly, prepared, and helpful, he made this trip so fun and easy. Itamar was very engaging in his explanations, but also nuanced - he is clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about the history and current state of the region. He was also very patient with all of our questions and made sure each and every one of us had a great time. He was well-organized and made sure we’d stay on schedule without making us feel rushed. Thank you, Itamar, and I can’t wait to take another tour with you next time I’m in Israel!

Great tour and great guide - Yuval, our guide, was extremely knowledgeable and shared tons of history and facts (and advice about the Dead Sea, mud, what to expect, how to deal with salt in your eyes, etc. )throughout the day. Masada was definitely worth visiting-- very impressive, and he explained what we were viewing/where we were standing, giving us time to take photos and find some shade along the walls. Stopping for camel rides (fee not included, but not expensive) was an unexpected treat. The "pass- bys" were truly that, but we did get to see lots of ibex (En Gedi) on the the return home. Dead Sea was fun- there are facilities to change/shower/rent towels/ have a snack/drink/beer. 1.5 hours there was plenty. Yuval is multi-lingual and switched effortlessly between English and Spanish for our tour.Glad we booked this!

Good trip but long periods on bus - A lot of time spent on the bus as we had to travel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem to pick up people - this added around 3 hours onto the journey which just added to an already long day. Ii think it would be better to take this trip from Jerusalem

Failed tour of Masada - I booked the Masada tour with Viator for 14 July. In Tel Aviv the local guide changed the date to 13th July, I agreed to this change and asked for confirmation because Viator continued messages for 14th July. NO confirmation from the local guide 13th July. But continued confirmation from Viator for 14th July. Complete failure of communication between viator and local guide. Therefore I MISSED the tour. I sent several messages to the local guide but he had DELETED the whatsapp link. Using whatsapp messaging was unforgivable for this important communication.
