Lousy Airport Transfer Service - I booked online the ONE-WAY Service from Jijoca Airport to Vila de Jeri for Thursday, June 26. Unfortunately, the flight from (Chile) had a delay and when it came to the stopover in Sao Paulo there were no flights for the same day for Jijoca. I was cautious and wrote very early to the operational sector informing what happened so that they could manage our transfer for Friday, June 27 (rescheduled our flight for the next day), however I received as a response that it was not possible, that only during the same day. When I asked to be indicated where the information comes from they only referred to say that in the purchase policy. On the other hand, the executive Matheus who sold me the transfer, I wrote to tell him what happened and he was not even able to answer or a simple sorry. It is worth mentioning that the Executive always insisted me with the Transfer Service - return, plus the Leste, West tours and what luckily I did not hire. I believe that as Enterprise they should update their after sales clauses, as the delay was due to force majeure of the airline and I believe that the criterion of not relearning for the next day is very uncompromising on the part of the Enterprise. Also, zero empathy from sellers with foreign tourists, which disappointed me quite a lot. Obviously, having received no response and no refund from 190R, I decided to make my claim public.
