Overpriced but glad I went - The whole thing overall was ok. The driver was on time, nice guy, there is a couple of curveballs people really should be aware of:
1. 10 JOD ticket require upon entry
2. Driver expects a tip of 5-20 JOD
3. Tour guide expects a tip of 5-20 JOD
4. During the tour, the guide will stop by a couple of harmless vendors selling extremely overpriced items - this was a little annoying, I had to ask to get back on the tour
5. Passing through the gift shop is a little annoying but if you just say no politely and keep walking it’s ok
6. Go in with expectations that everything is more or less going to look the same and relish in the fact that there is beauty in the preserved history of the land and relics still partially standing
7. If I were to do this all over again, I would just arrange transportation and walk though it myself - I don’t think the high price for this was justified

Did not provide what they said they would provide and we couldn't go on our trip - Booked for 8 people, the car turned up and only had 7 seats. Couldn't go on the trip. Viator (who booked this) have refused a refund, despite not providing what we had booked and not being able to go on the trip
