The lava tubes and... - The lava tubes and Sunrise Peak are stunning! The diving ladies' performance was not that great - they seemed a bit tired / bored (not the fault of the guide, obviously). This was a great day tour!

Jeju is amazing!! Must watch with delicious food!! - The place is very beautiful. If you have some chance to go to jeju, must join this tour. This tour will save you lot of time if you are a solo traveller. The tour guide is very friendly and polite. She is very kind and ready to help you. I would like to recommend this tour to all the people who doesn't have any car.

East coast Tour with Lucas travel - Lucas was prompt and professional. I had a wonderful time. Lots of walking but definitely worth it. Great suggestion for a place to have lunch.

Great Day with Lucas - We had a lovely day with Lucas on Jeju..Car was clean, he was on time. Shared with another couple. Only disappointment was not seeing the ladies Dive...only sing and dance. A good way to explore... - A good way to explore Jeju. We did the east course with Lucas (Mr Koh), and it was good to chat with him about Jeju/South Korea due to the small group size. He is also flexible and helpful with special requests

Good value - I highly recommend this tour for solo travelers. We had enough time to take pictures and explore on our own.

Pretty Good Tour - My boyfriend and I enjoyed this tour and Mr. Lee (James) was very kind and a great driver. The locations we visited were lovely, however we only made 6 stops when the description made it seem like we would make more stops. We only visited the south side of the island which was a good pace for the total time (about 8.5 hours). It was a little hard to communicate with James because his English wasn’t very strong, so we ended up googling a lot to learn about the sites ourselves. We wished we were given more history and context during the tour, but this is something that can be improved with time. The restaurant we stopped at for lunch was delicious, and we visited a traditional market after that which had even more yummy street foods to try. At the end of the tour James offered to drive us back to our airbnb (an hour away from downtown Jeju) which was so kind of him! Overall I would give this experience a 7/10.

No standards and no integrity - avoid them - My trip actually did not happen but I wish to provide insight in how my communication with this company went. To be as objective as possible here is exactly what happened with no subjective commentary except the last 2 paragraphs for everyone to form a view (original spelling quoted): 1. I had one day for a trip in Jeju (30 Sept). I made a booking on 5 Sept. My card was supposed to be automatically charged on 28 Sept (card details provided on the day of booking). The confirmation email arrived on 5 Sept confirming the above. 2. On 6 September the operator sent me an email advising that at that point I was therefore the only person booked on the trip and they said they need to find more people for the trip to go ahead. Fair enough. 3. On 25 September the operator sent me an email saying that my card will eb charged automatically on 29th Sept and tehre is no action for me to do "just look foreard to your trip". 4. As I wanted to triple check that the trip is going ahead, on 25 Sept I asked the operator by WhatsApp business account whether my trip is going ahead and was assured that yes, they gave me instructions when and where exactly I was supposed to show up. 5. On 27 Sept I received an email from the operator saying (the entire email quoted) saying that they had cancelled my booking. 6. On the same day I texted with the operator on Whatsapp and ask why they cancelled my reservation - they said it's because they had a group booking who have paid earlier. From what you can see, this company confirm the bookings to potential participants but once they find a better "deal" form another group (larger group/paying earlier), they will cancel your booking last minute although confirmed in writing repeatedly that the trip goes ahead, details of pick-up etc. To me this sort of company is not someone I would recommend to deal with. NB. Thankfully I saved my day by contacting official Jeju Island official Taxi (run by local authority) and for everyone's reference, the official rate for full day taxi hire in Jeju is KRW 180k - slightly more expensive than a spot on this "tour" and much cheaper if you split in two. Jeju official taxi have Whatsapp/email contact on the website, if you request they will provide English speaking drivers w, locals, with huge knowledge of the island. I had an amazing day, the driver came up with great itinerary and provided me fantastic insight into the island and spot we saw. I don't paste any links as don't want to appear to be promoting anyone by suggest travellers to google "jeju taxi hire" options before even considering this "tour". Also, note the massive red flag: this operator has only a few reviews (you can see other tours have circa 100 reviews on Tripadvisor), all of them positive of course - the reason is that if anyone posts negative review (siuch as me), they dis all they could to have the review removed by Tripadviusor on the basis that my review was "plagiarism". My advice - avoid this company.
